Nice comfortable rooms with daily servicing. Friendly staff and lovely pool area for the summer.

Daily room service and timing was a bit ad-hoc (one of our rooms didn't get serviced for 2 days in a row). Room configuration was odd with basin in the bedroom area (outside toilet). Heater was very noisy which made sleeping disturbed.

Pool area was lovely and proximity to "Town Square". Beds were very comfortable and showers were lovely.

In general all of the Ayers Rock Resort is extremely ovepriced, same goes for this hotel. No breakfast available at the hotel. No window in the room (except for tinted one in the bathroom).

Very clean and modern room, swimming pool looked great. Good place to stay near Uluru.

The room had no window, except an opaque one in the bathroom. I didn’t like the set up of the bathroom with shower and toilet in separate rooms and washbasin in the room itself. The price is very high, but Yulara has a captive market.

    Great location. Quiet

I would have loved a small table in the room as well.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They organized transport out to the airport and back, so we could have our previously booked scenic flight, after the company explained their buses had broken down and needed to cancel.

Thrifty car rental was a dissappointment/scam that lowered the rating of the stay overall.

The level of service from the front desk personell. The closeness to everything important, ex Uluru...

It was adequate. But I expected more for the price we had to pay. It was the most expensive motel we stayed at and one of the smallest. There were no kitchen facilities.

Very early in the morning, it sounded like the morning shift staff were quite loud and not taking into consideration people still trying to sleep. This happened every morning.

Great location in Yulara. Large Hotel surrounding pleasant pool (too cold at this time). Nice sized room with plenty of space, nothing flash, but very clean and tidy. Parking is by the Supermarket a short stroll away.

Parking was so far from rooms. After hours luggage trolleys not accessible so had to carry all our luggage back and forth to room which was not easy for elderly people.

Property was great. Lovely room. Excellent young ladies cleaning the rooms - very pleasant and efficient.

I had hoped the pool would be warmer, as it had had all summer to heat up. There was no restaurant in the hotel, but adjacent was the Sails in the Desert hotel, which had an excellent restaurant, and not silly prices.

A good sized room and comfortable, firm bed. The pool was good, if a little chilly (for me, although others may have preferred that in the very hot weather). It was close to the shopping and restaurant area.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to the “Town Centre” where IGA, souvenir shops, restaurant, cafe and takeaway are located. I attended the free interesting an informative Cultural talks at the Town Centre and the open Amphitheatre. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a pool there, but we didn’t have enough time to use it. Staff were friendly and helpful. We found the daily activity schedule and information provided helpful. Would have been good to have stayed there an extra night.

The price of the room and all food and drink at the resort was double anywhere else for similar because if you want to see Uluru there is no alternative place you can use as base.

There was a small ant infestation in our first room - we called the reception and they immediately switched rooms for us, which was much appreciated - be careful when storing food!

Great location in Ayers Rock Resort, right next to the supermarket and a few restaurants/shops there. The pool is great for relaxing. The headboard for the bed was fantastic, with a little shelf right above your heads with chargers where you can rest your phone/ other electronics - a really convenient little detail that I really enjoyed
