We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This place was phenomenal and I would love to stay there again. Amazing location right near public transport and walking distance to The Corner Hotel. The room was spectacular, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the food (room service) was excellent. There are not enough adjectives to describe how restorative to my soul this stay was. 10/10, do recommend to everyone I talk to.

Excellent location - tram stops just at the front. Stunning interior design in the hall, restaurant and rooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we also loved their breakfast. There are many nice restaurants and cafés in the area.
