Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe mattress was hard and uncomfortable. The road noise and we were on the 6th floor! These issues certainly didn't ruin our stay.
Beautifully maintained property and the apartment was exceptional. So clean and fresh. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. The view of the beach was amazing. The Milkbar downstairs was a great place to grab a coffee or fresh juice. The blueberry muffins were delicious. The Bowling Club was nearby and the food was amazing. Beautiful decor and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

AustraliaThere was no shower gel or shampoo (large containers fixed to wall but both empty) and the light globe in the master bedroom was blown. If this is a privately owned apartment being managed by Mantra then the owners are being let down.

AustraliaThis didn’t spoil our stay or impact us negatively but out courtyard ‘view’ wasn’t really a view and there were cheaper ocean view hotel options close by that we didn’t opt for because we were familiar with the Mantra brand. Would probably go with one of those for our next stay.

AustraliaLoud slamming of doors from neighboring rooms, the bathroom was very dated, water stained and the "floating floor" had been wet previously and was lifting, not to mention one of the windows was broken and couldn't be opened. The view was also somewhat obstructed as well.
Location was great, free easily accessible parking, really friendly staff.

AustraliaThe room wasn’t particularly clean, especially for a 4 star motel It was stated that rooms were serviced daily - it wasn’t. We left towels on floor, as instructed, to be replaced, but no service was done so we had no clean towels. The bed was far from comfortable.
