Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The indoor pool was cold, the bathroom was small, the layout of the rooms was awkward.

Parking, secure parking was very tight - I drive a big car & ended up parking on the street as I didn’t feel comfortable trying to squeeze my car in the car park. Street parking seemed ok, plenty of cars about so didn’t feel unsafe.
Location was great - beach, club & sporting facility we needed (pcyc) was right across the road

Underestimated the grade of stairwells for toddler cots and baggage. Very neat and tidy and great location made up for this.

We loved the location directly across from the beach and coastal walk. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly, easy checking and parking directions. The apartment was beautiful, very well fitted out, and plenty of room. Very clean and comfortable. It was quiet even though at the front. Pool & Spa area were great and we did use it

Spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the beach. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the kids playground and skatepark close by were an added bonus.

We were given Room 205 which was in the East Wing. To get to our Room we had to go behind a door that led to two Rooms. So basically we had to share the entrance to our room with another room. This area was very cramped when entering our room. Not only that, considering we are in times of Covid this is not the perfect situation. Also if there was a fire or any kind of emergency that forced us to evacuate the people in both rooms could not do so at the same time. We were also woken up late at night and early in the morning by the people in the other room going in and out of both doors repeatedly. On the East Wing there was also only one lift so in the morning it took a very long time to get a lift as this lift is used by guests and the cleaning staff. This lift had a terrible smell and we were not the only people commenting on the smell.
The only thing we liked was the location.

Place needs updating. Overpriced. 3 pool and bath towels between 2 of us and a charge for more towels! No Netflix or other streaming. Furnishing and decor needs updating. Books and games would be a good addition. Whole place stunk of toxic chemicals.

I couldn't put my aircon on and when I asked for assistance I was advised if my neighbour has it on heater it controlled the setting in my room.

The fact I paid extra for a view of the ocean, and it was not worthwhile. The property is remote from town unless we wanted to drive. The room was very noisy hearing the television in our neighbor's room. I missed out on a good night's sleep.
Cleanliness was the only thing I can recommend about this property
