Quiet, spacious, comfortable and clean.... This was New Year's Day . Great location. We had a balcony which made all the difference. Love it

no access to balcony, this was very disappointing & shouldn’t be classed as having a balcony 2 room shared door/foyer made it noisy with the shared laundry being used late into the night which was right next to our door therefore not only did we keep getting woken by that but also the noise of the doors opening & closing continually $400 a night for just a bed in a room was a bit steep

We told them we had disabilities and expected a room that could accommodate us with no trip hazards. I blame myself for not making them more aware but unsure what more I could’ve told them. Disabled people are just that…….disabled. They answered my email saying that the shower was separate. A huge step onto the balcony stopped me from going out there, the shower door had dropped so needed lifting and pushing to close and the room smelled musty. Getting into the room had a huge problem with opening one door, squashing into a tiny alcove and then opening our room door. For the price - sorry, but we were let down.

Stayed her before and it's a lovely location but just needs to keep on eye on cleaniness and not just clean the same areas day in day out. Might be picky but bathroom vents, skirting, frame of shower screens are just some areas and the smell. Use something to make the rooms smell fresh not musty. On our trip up we stayed at a Motor Inn at Port Macquarie in a renovated room and the attention to detail in cleanliness was amazing. Nice hotel tho but just for the price I'd expect excellence

Very dated and drab. Area between rooms and lifts dark and smelly. Room very basic for the cost. Fridge wasn't turned on and we had to lift it out from the wall to turn it on. We won't stay there again.

Still trying to work out why I was charged twice for this booking. Only had one booking number for 2 rooms, not sure how that works. 3732010100 is the booking number, Mantra confirmation number was 3443109316. We only used 1 unit 607 which was lovely. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Fantastic unit for 5 family members. Great views from the apartment, access to the beach and the downstairs cafe. Great location, didn't need to go into town for food!

The fans in the showers didn’t work No block out blinds. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and every room was so bright all night from the street lights across the road - for a 4 star hotel and the price you pay for a room here you think there would be at least good blinds and the room was very outdated.

the musty smell in our room. noisy pool area. the strong smell of cigarette smoke of a evening and morning. sure we could see the ocean but I wouldn’t call a sunroom a balcony.

for the price we expected a nicely renovated room. room did not feel as spacious as pictures. we found much better value in hotels/motels in other towns in the $150-$200 price range
