The lighting was poor in our apartment and could be improved. The TV’s were old and if updated you could log into your streaming apps as the wifi was very strong.

Very spacious lovely apartment, the full length of the floor. Very fast internet. Well located with walking distance to Main Street and all the beaches and coastal walk.

if housekeeping service is just once in 5 days for apartments then a few more amenities are needed in the apartments like kitchen towel roll cleaning wipes etc.

The location of this property was fabulous. so close to the beach. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were very clean.

Only one criticism. No bench space in the bathroom, only a small shelf.

Fantastic location with stunning views. Upgraded to a 1 bed apartment by friendly and helpful reception staff as our booked room hadn't been serviced.

The only complaint would be the carpet in the apartment. Not a fan of carpet in general and felt it was bit old and gave the apartment a musty smell.

The view of the ocean from our apartment was stunning, the location was great it was an easy walk into the city centre, to various beaches and restaurants and cafes. The apartment was spacious and it had everything we needed.

Unit 105 No foxtel or smart tv, level of equipment for cooking was very low standard, not even basic condiments either like salt & pepper

Someone opened our room door with their key card, while looking for their room. Cards had to be reset then ours didn’t work

Unfortunately the weather was humid and warm and the fan in the bedroom made loud clicking noises, which you could not sleep through, too humid to open the balcony door, a couple of uncomfortable nights. Maintenance tried different things but we ended up switching rooms, Identical to ours for the remaining 2 nights. These things happen, it didn't take long and it did not spoil our stay. Excellent customer service from Melissa and Jazz.

The apartment we booked had the views overlooking the ocean as described when we booked. The view was awesome! We were happy we could park undercover and that with the location , most things were walk- able distance for us. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, rather special and were very pleased. The indoor pool was great and I used it daily. All the staff were lovely, big smiles, reception, the housekeeping staff and a special mention to Jazz the maintenance guy, super helpful trying to sort out an issue we had. Will definitely be back.

Kitchen cupboards were falling off, repairs required however it was fine for a short stay. Coffee shop underneath was loud when setting up in the mornings, we stayed on 1st floor and woke us up. Floors above would be fine.

Quiet location, indoor pool was great for kids and sauna for adults. Beach just across the road. Large spacious rooms for the family. Coffee shop directly underneath!

We would have liked to sleep and relax with the balcony doors open, but there was too much traffic noise.

Very comfortable, although when one partner moved in bed, the other was slightly disturbed. Nice view. Good kitchen. A coffee pod machine or plunger would be good. Access to Netflix and other streaming services would be good.

It ended up being a really wet weekend. During the evening it would have been nice to be able to watch some netflix or foxtel. However our room only had normal tv. For a four star hotel we would have expected access to this.

It’s not ideal to walk back from pool to garden unit wet and cold. we have started to walk via the carpark which was less cold and exposed

we stay often at the observatory and love the pool, spa and sauna. often it has rained on the weekend we have visited and because the pool etc is indoors the kids love that they can still enjoy a swim and play no matter the weather. And if we manage to have some nicer weather the beach is literally across the road.

The stairwell and room smelt stale and looked dated.Very poor not to have any lockable screen doors or fly screens for natural ventilation. Garden view was a joke, some pitiful backyards and car parks.

The fire alarm went off at 3am the night we stayed there. Thats fine, these things happen and we evacuated down the fire stairs however there were a few issues with the management of the situation including - clear direction and communication by a night manager of the need to evacuate, where to go, when to come back in etc. Floors were not cleared - ie, no door knock to ensure everyone got out. There were elderly people on the fire stairs with walkers and frames who clearly had mobility issues, with no-one other than other guests there to help, and once downstairs, we all seemed to congregate on the back lawn which was clearly not a suitable meeting point. We only knew we could go back inside because the firemen left.

The rooms were great, lounge area and balconies were spacious. Had good views. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Could easily stay here longer.

My real concern/issue was the lack of a pod coffee machine, (should be standard in all hotels) limited tea and coffee, why only one or two cups per day - don't be spare with this. and why oh why no access to free wifi!! I am not aware of any establishment where this does not occur. It is a holiday place and free wifi should be a given. It becomes a revenue grab and not a service that every establishment should provide.

The room was large with a great view of town Beach. The beds and pillows were very comfortable indeed. A great position with easy access to amenities and a short stroll to local restaurants and wine bars.
