We were unable to check in until 3pm expected check in at 2pm, so left our bags with reception... we returned and had to take our bags back to our car then up 2 flights of stairs to a back apartment which did not have the Seaview we were expecting, the apartment bedrooms were overlooking main staff exit, so therefore there was no privacy. For a 2 bedroom with no service the rate was rather high

It can be noisy when your neighbour comes and goes from the room due to having to enter into a foyer first then your room.

Amazing view, awesome bathroom with large shower. I love the veranda.

it's on a surprisingly busy road, so it was quite noisy. i didn't get to listen to the ocean much, because it was drowned out by traffic. i think i may have chosen a weekend where there was some kind of car club meet on, because it seemed like every 2nd vehicle that went past had an unnecessarily loud exhaust. also there's about half a dozen street lights, because of the park area right in front of the hotel, so if you're not on one of the higher levels there's a lot of light coming in at night. i was on level 2 which was exact height of all the street lights. not a huge choice of restaurants around, the seafood restaurant downstairs looked quite expensive, i didn't eat there, but the cbd isn't far, just annoying to have get in the car or wait for delivery.

great location just across the road from the beach, where there's also a popuar cafe right by the water, and a park area. reception staff were very friendly and helpful. nice views, although a bit blocked by the large trees along the coastline. was pleased to see an option to put back used tourist brochures so they can be re-used rather than thrown away, that's a great initiative. parking was pretty easy, but got a bit full later in the day, but plenty of free parking on the street infront and behind the hotel. the bistro at the bowling club was pretty good, a shame no views from the club. the walking path that goes around the coastline can be accessed from the beach and park area, well worth checking out even if it's not the whole 9km.

The pillows were miserable for both me and my partner, we both couldn’t really sleep, the long shape also meant we were flopping them into each other’s through the night. There was no comfy shape either of us could box them into.

Located away from the main shopping area, but is only a short drive away. The garden apartment is a little outdated.

The pool and spa is well maintained and was a great option as 2 days out of 3 it rained during our stay. There is plenty of on street parking as well as the option of parking in the property.

The hotel itself is a little dated and the furniture was also dated. You can hear the traffic outside so was a little noisy at night.

Was a great location and a spectacular view. There was secure undercover parking for our hire car and the pool area was great. Hotel staff were friendly, and the rooms were serviced every day.

The mattress was so uncomfortable. The lack of channels to watch on TV was not great, normally doesn't bother me, but as Port Macquarie doesn't have a night life, in this instance it is necessary

The staff and the view were amazing. The location to the beach was great.
