Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Honestly, the hotel was a slice of heaven. We had the City Suite, with an extra large bed - my 2 daughters and I snuggled up in to watch movies while eating some excellent shoestring fries! Staff were super helpful and friendly - and when we asked for an ice pack (to soothe a sore head), we received a large cryovac'd bag of ice! We can't wait to return

AustraliaI ordered a taxi to meet a tour at Central Staion, when I went to the foyer it had not been ordered even though I checked the booking the night before, luckily I didn’t miss my connection but it was stressful rushing especially as the last minute taxi called dropped me in the wrong place!
Pool, spa pedicure excellent, restaurant meals large servings but rather tasteless. I tried the buffet which seemed enticing, but somehow the food was just bland and tasteless!

Our room was comfy and cosy. Our children loved the heated swimming pool and spa. We loved Darren from reception bringing our early morning coffee to our room, he was amazing. We are sure he had better things to do, but always made time for us every morning at 6am. My grandchildren aged 6 and 8 loved their buffet breakfast and where treated with respect and kindness by all the staff, great place for children.

AustraliaEarlier notification to book into the spa. I received the email to notify of the spa a few days before my stay however by then all the bookings were occupied. It would be good to receive this notification/suggestion when I booked (a few months earlier) or the hotel should reserve some bookings for hotel guests if they routinely send those emails out a few days before the reservation.
Large room, excellent harbourside view, comfortable bed, great location near Barangaroo and Darling Harbour, short walk to Circular Quay. Service was wonderful in all areas.

AustraliaBed was hard. In-room dining menu very limited. The pool was functional but not aesthetically available due to the jacuzzi works - half the pool wall was covered in black plastic. I wish the lobby, breakfast area and reception featured the beautiful harbour instead of the street parking. The pool might need to be refurbished.
Clean, well appointed rooms. Comfortable pillows. Bathroom amenities were abundant. Breakfast buffet was great with many options. The staff managing the Whatsapp chats made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Walking distance to Metro and Trains and Barangaroo as well as The Rocks.

AustraliaHonestly we had a bit of a shocker. Our room smelt so bad - like mould and wet carpet. We heard another guy at reception complaining about it. They kept saying they’d call us back - they didn’t. All they did was drop off a “glade” toilet spray and told us to spray it to mask the smell. The next day they moved us but it took us really really having to beg. Disappointed.

AustraliaOur room smelt mouldy and musty Suite 102 is right near the elevators so you hear them all the time We advised staff several times , they did service the room and put an air purifier type in while we were out however for the price , the four seasons is so much better value , and the view is much better .

The pool was nice. And breakfast was good. Any good things about the property were deleted from my mind when I was double charged and it took 10 days to rectify the duplicate charge.
