We were not provided with a blanket or doona, simply a top sheet, which we found strange. Our room was changed to a different room, this new apartment had to two bedrms and two bathrooms, one of each was locked of, unfortunately the bathroom we were allowed to use has the shower in a very high bath, this was very difficult to get in & out off and could easily have been an accident waiting to happen. we would have preferred to is the other bathroom which had a shower on floor level.

I like the size, the available kitchen. The location was very good it was central to all amenities. Parking was secure and plenty of spaces.

The venue is awesome, the timing of the construction next door is not good

Great location, value for money and a lovely spot except for the construction happening next door. Got woken early by worksite next door, cannot escape the noise, so check on the progress of the apartment building next door before you book a peaceful holiday or you will be disappointed.

The rooms were a bit aged with some loose floor tiles in main hallway and the water pressure in the main shower was actually very low.

It is comfortable walking distance to main area of Bargara with plenty of eating options. Great view overlooking the ocean. Room very comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Fairly sultry in the lift. Would be most uncomfortable at this time of year if stuck in there.

Terrible industrial strength sanitizer smell on arrival gave us both instant headaches. Aired the room, but they cleaned again the next day and the smell was back. Told them to stop cleaning - they did.   King bed was actually two king singles that refused to stay together making trench through middle of bed. Poorly designed unit: weird lane crossing into car park. bathroom door opens into hallway, ensuite door hits toilet bowl, washing machine lid hits dryer and doesn't stay open, outside air conditioner unit blows hot air across entire balcony and into unit when door open. Dining table too large for unit. Poorly equipped kitchen, mismatched cups and utensils etc... Cheap and nasty shower heads.

Great location and stunning view. Nice pool and spa. Lift access with trolley. Easy parking.

There was no broom to clean up the floor so sorry if there was a mess

Excellent location, loved having the court yard. It was good to have bbqs and the games room although we did have to find this ourselves no info in the room and wasn’t told by reception on arrival

Unfortunately, there was construction right next door & they were digging foundation holes, so it was pretty loud. We should have been advised about that before we arrived. There was a bit of a smell coming from the bathroom drain. The taps, kitchen, bath & basin taps had very low pressure. Shower was fine.

The location was great. Rooms were a good size. Comfy beds. Good facilities. Having a washing machine & dryer was great. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. Swimming pool & spa were fantastic.

Several things didn't work or weren't high quality. The spa bath didn't work, which I think is deceptive because I see several reviews that have also mentioned that. Its wrong to advertise a spa bath if it doesn't work and these things should all be checked before guests arrive. Some blinds didn't work which were fixed promptly by Sharon and the maintenance man and the faucet handle for the sink kept coming off. There is construction happening on the next block of land and they were using very noisy equipment which woke up our children at 8 am. The beds didn't have enough blankets or a mattress protector which made it uncomfortable. We ordered a queen bed and a king bed room but got a king and two singles..

The location was very nice near the beach and a short walk to lots of things that Bargara has to offer. Sharon on the front desk was very nice and very helpful telling us about the turtles.

We have difficulty using the stove and the exhaust fan not working, but we still managed to use it. otherwise everything is ok.

We like the location, close to everything like 6 minutes walk to the restaurant and kids park. My kids loves the pool and the spa. 3 bedroom is spacious and rooms are decent size. Bathrooms are clean.

The doors to block off the bedroom area were missing. The fridge was missing a bottles shelf and … the lounge was the most uncomfortable couch ever. Lol.
