Unclean in kitchen area. The kitchen benchtop was cluttered with too many appliances. Eg coffe machine toaster kettle another coffee machine. No cupboard for crockery and cutlery. The microwave was at nearly floor level so was unsafe to use. sink in the bathroom was used to wash dishes. Bathroom was awful and the door was falling apart. The toilet area had not been cleaned in a long time. The window in the bathroom had been blacked out so no natural light.

Kitchenette was not clean with lots of grime on and around the benches and dish drain area. Bathroom cupboard had not been wiped out - dead bugs and dust inside. Bathroom cabinet was in need of replacement with rotting timber at the bottom. Propped up with a wedge to keep it level.

Ability to park off the road in the grounds. Ease of check in and key collection.

Arrived to find a dirty mop, bucket and water right at our entry, I straight away knew this wasn’t going to be great. The couch was filthy unable to sit on, and the fridge, microwave, and cutlery drawer were all dirty. kitchen cupboards missing fronts that were placed down either side of the fridge. No light cover in the bedroom, exhaust fan in the bathroom is pulled apart sitting on the window sill. Sent an email to the property, on the night of the stay with numerous date-stamped photos - no reply. Hoping to talk on check out, said reception open, door unlocked, no light on and no one present approx 8.15 am. If only we have been provided with the two deluxe studios I booked and paid for we wouldn’t be in this situation.

The bed was comfy and the sheets clean - that was all that was good in our unit (16&17) - (not the unit type I booked) Parents did get the unit (1) type booked (deluxe studio), the same as what we had booked but not allocated and it presented well.

Doors missing or hanging off kitchen. Self cater facilities poor. All while listing breakage costs for completely unmatched items.

our room stank of stale beer and the linen as well… but after purchasing a deodorant, it felt better . oh and it could do with a clean floor, and a bottle of dish washing liquid. maybe it’s the lowest part of the off season when we stayed? the laundry area could do with a teeny weeny clean up …

the location is right in the center of town so easy to access everything. very quick response from reception the pool is clean and inviting.

Room wasn’t ready by check in time. The outside area, including the pool had a very neglected look to it, with bins overflowing with cans and rubbish. One of the cupboard doors fell off and my husband fixed it. The fan in the bathroom wasn’t connected up. Dogs at the property was a surprise but it must have been pet friendly I assume. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The room itself was ok and the staff member trying to prepare the room for us was trying his best. The towels were good.

Checking in was complicated, locking us and other guests out. Rooms weren’t ready until- 2:45pm after driving 4 hours Manger hadn’t send code for lockbox when he said he would.

Cleaner was very nice getting us out of a pickle! Thumbs up

Room had an adjoining door to another room where someone else was staying, Could hear everything and I mean everything that went on in there and he was by no means being unnecessarily loud. Im sure he could everything from my room too. Not acceptable

I checked the arrival time from 6:00 to 7:00, There is no key in the secret box. No help to lift luggage upstairs. Do not store baggage after check-out.
