There was no direct contact with anyone regarding access or local information. All done by email but not in real time. Fine unless there is a problem such as a delay or unexpected change of plan. The drop box seems the annoying way of the future..

Convenient location. Pool was great. Bed was comfy. Karaoke bar next door.

I was concerned when I went out to get dinner and returned to find some young locals playing with the lock box. They managed to get in and had gained access to the site. I didn't know what to do.

The pool is lovely. There were some leaves in it but the kids still enjoyed it.

The motel is walking distance to the main street, however it is in a very quiet location, walking distance to restaurants and cafe. Their is a pool, and breakfast was served at another location, which was an easy walk in the morning.

The hotel part of the business was not what I expected. Should have done better research. The hotel section caters to the locals.

Basic budget room. Clean and comfortable. Secure. Get what you pay for.

The sound proofing needs to be improved. I could hear if someone got a text message in the next room. Also, the bathroom needs updating.

I liked that it had a coffee machine and microwave and fridge. it also had a decent desk to work at.

It is quite dated and could do with a fresh coat of paint but notwithstanding this, it was good.

Location and communication with the property was excellent. Real coffee being available was wonderful. Room was reasonably clean and towels and linen were lovely.

Nothing...all good!

Renovated motel rooms, very clean, reasonably quiet, great BBQ and pool facilities, which become the focus of the evenings. Breakfast provided at another hotel a short drive away, great staff and thanks to Chris the Manager for helping out with a couple of minor things. Next to the pub and bottle shop, can't go wrong, it's Katherine! Secure parking, Highly recommended.

It is a bit tired and the bathroom needs some upgrading. There are cracked tiles and mouldy shower curtain. Toilet roll holder broken.

A good swimming pool outside our door. The beds are firm and suitable for bad backs. Plenty of kitchen equipment.

The free breakfast was very good, and the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

On arrival and up to our departure, two days later, we saw no staff other than the cleaner. The pool area was covered in leaves and there was a dog swimming in the pool. Is that even hygienic? The bathroom is in need for renovations.

After the check out it wasn’t possible to use the toilets, because they didn’t had any, except the ones in the guest rooms.

The beds were so comfortable and the staff was really nice. Breakfast was at an other location (5-10 min by foot). The pool was really nice and the place was really clean. The room had a microwave and a nice coffee machine.

The air-conditioning didn't work properly and there was no fan. Only some lights worked. Couldn't find any staff to discuss issues with.

The terrible noise I was woken up by which sounded like a dentists drill , on Sunday morning …it went on for 20 plus minutes, maybe a wake up reminder?
