We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesAs a solo traveler, it would be good to have a deadbolt on the door. Wasn't sure how to lock it from the inside, but it is a safety thought. Lack of night security as people can easily follow you in through the sliding key card door, and no one is at the front desk after 10 pm.
You get what you pay for! Perfect size room with a bonus little mini kitchen (sink, stove, keurig machine, along with several drawers of utensils). The room with a queen/double bed is a slight bit small, but again didn't need too much for this trip since I was mostly out all day. Everything was clean, simple, and worked. The central area where the rooms are was very cool to see and a good use of indoor/outdoor space.

The Urban Newtown is a funky, stylish hotel in the heart of Newtown. The rooms and beautifully maintained, with super comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Close to cafes, restaurants and walking distance to the Enmore Theatre.

Hotel staff were very accommodating when we had a minor issue with our room they upgraded us immediately without us asking .Our first room was too small for 2 people with large suitcases but our 2nd room had everything we needed.

AustraliaRooms are air-conditioned but the hallways are not because the building itself is open roof with an internal patio garden area. This makes it hot moving around the building and lift. House policy to charge earlier than booking.coms terms and they charged an unexpected card surcharge. Too many messages coming from the property through the message function with booking.com prior to arrival, felt like spam.
Location is great for events in Newtown, 5mins to train station, never short on food and drink options. Simple check in/check out.simple modern design in rooms. Housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

Location for us was excellent we where attending a concert at the enmore so to be able to drive down from Newcastle and get a place within walking distance of our event and also be able to walk to restaurants and cafes was excellent
