Not much to dislike with this stay, the only comment works be that the room layout was rather odd with beds and a lounge area being in the same room but this actually worked really well for us

The units are great. Lovely and clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only a short drive to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Located a fair distance from pubs cafes etc. so driving there is necessary. Better signage would have helped also when first finding the location.

Beautifully presented unit which was attached to the main house. Large and spacious with separate kitchen. Had a separate bedroom as well as beds in the extra large lounge room. All clean and comfortable. Very quiet location.

Breakfast could have been included for the price we paid. Possibly larger TV and a smart one at that will be nice. Sliding door for shower can be added to avoid water spillage outside onto bathmat.

Great weekend getaway, nestled in the quiet Torquay countryside. Very close to beach and shops. Very helpful and friendly owners. Fantastic room , with all amenities and great pool with scenic view all around

The pool/smaller hot tub area both needed some debris cleared out which I’m sure we could of asked if we wanted to. The carpet needs updating and the bathroom and room were very steamy and wet for a long time after every shower but not the end of the world! Oh and lots of these beetle type bugs outside the back of the porch which would climb up the fly screen.

Lovely staff and great location. Short drive to the beach and gorgeous view of the fields from the room. I wish we’d arrived earlier to enjoy the pool and tennis court, but we will time it better next time!

My husband is 6’2” and worried he was going to hit his head on the tv that was attached to the wall. (He didn’t though). We are so used to streaming stations these days - it was hard to find something to watch on basic stations. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get the inbuilt dvd player to recognise our dvds.

Our room overlooked the pool. We had a lovely view of the properties beyond the fence line. It was nice and peaceful. The room was as described. It was basic but clean. There was a nice cross breeze for when the weather warmed up. Internet was efficient - was able to do some work online. The property was a short drive to The Esplanade and it was approximately $12 in an Uber for when we went out for dinner.

We had a short weekend stay and we really enjoyed the lovely view of the pool and paddocks. The room was clean and quiet and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay here!

Not much to fault - almost missed the turning so perhaps some more prominent signage from both directions haha.

Serene location, modern appointments, terrific views and lovely pool/tennis court. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. A short (4 min) drive to the front beach, all shops and a variety of restaurants. Nice to be away from the hustle for a peaceful break. For the price don’t expect sparkling, this is exceptional value for money.
