Shower has strange taps, very difficult to use

Awful staff, booked for 4 people, was a small double bed and a tiny single bed, room was tiny, staff requested extra $200 cash on arrival and threatened to kick us out if we didn’t pay. Made us very uncomfortable. Didn’t feel safe with the confrontational staff male staff as a young female. All the utensils and linen were disgustingly dirty. Was appalled with our stay. Do not bring your kids here it is not safe. This is a dodgy business and I will be reporting to authorities.

Rooms were old, outdated, run down and small sized rooms with squeaky mattresses. Problems with plumbing blockage to basin, sink and noisy fridge buzzing throughout the night. Wasn't given 2 rooms side by side. Facilities require updating and rooms need to be modernised. Flyscreens had holes, blinds and carpet dusty and old.

Staff was very rude in the communication, at some point even insulting. Room had a problem with the door, which was broken and couldn’t be locked over night. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe is such situation. I had to block the door with the chair. I would never even think about staying there again. It is absolutely zero valu for the money.

Upon my initial arrival, I was promptly instructed to move my car from the driveway, despite my temporary need to unload my belongings as I was alone. This directive was reiterated twice within a span of two minutes. Subsequently, when I relocated my vehicle further away, I received another instruction to bring it closer. I remained outside for a period and upon returning, I noticed that my heightened sensitivity to dust, even in ostensibly clean rooms, had triggered allergies that significantly marred my experience. My entire day was spent indoors due to these allergies, culminating in a restless night with incessant sneezing, resulting in my staying awake until 5 am. When I requested a late checkout, I was informed that it was not possible due to the need for further room cleaning. Lastly, as I was preparing to depart, I was asked about the whereabouts of a white towel. This request struck me as impolite, as the towel had not been missing from the room. Given the allergic reaction I experienced during my stay, I had no intention of retaining any items from the premises.

I find the property's convenience highly appealing, given its remarkable proximity to the ocean—just a mere two-minute drive to the beach. It also has breathtaking view and offers the inclusion of on-site amenities such as a tennis court and pool further enhance its desirability.

Mosquitoes in room. Killed 2 during our trip. Seemed a bit anxious because we were alerted of kangaroos visiting premise. Many insects in the vicinity, had to really be quick in and out to avoid getting them into the room.

The staff (owners) were quiet rude and intrusive during our stay. kitchen was rudimental, just a kettle and microwave. the room smell was very off-putting (mix of mold and cigarette) and the overall space was very expensive for such a simple space.

The overall condition (not the room) of the property was very tired and a bit run down. The pool looked very inviting, but even on the hottest of days was freezing (not heated) and dirty. The main reason we chose this property was because of the pool - so this was a little disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Strange curtain system … we couldn’t open the curtains enough to let the sun in or enjoy the view. Dirty Old lounge covered with an equally dirty rug.? Carpet was very dirty. Plastic film on the tables? Strange things …like fold up chairs etc under the bed? Very strange light with metal tentacles and light bulbs at the ends. Plugged in sitting on the floor next to the bed. One bedside table for a queen bed.

The main reason we stayed at this accommodation was because We could have our dog with us. Though not in the room. Very welcoming staff. Good communications. Beautiful view from outside the room. Very pleasant sitting in the sun outside the room in the morning.

the word spectacular can be subjective- you had a nice view and could just see the sea in the distance, through trees and across a busy road . whilst clear location on a map, from that description I assumed it was near the sea front. it was not. cannot comment on staff as didn’t meet anyone- although the text to say keys on table and ring if any problems was helpful
