Australiastaff wasn’t familiar with the area. we needed to get to the bus terminal to catch our bus to Esperance instead we were given the wrong directions. being a public holiday, the tourist info was closed. luckily a kind gentleman showed us the right route to the bus terminal (which was where we got off the train from Perth the previous night). we were not able to see the bus terminal sign the night before. or else we would have missed our bus!

AustraliaThe price is a bit excessive, not sure if because clients are almost always in mining or not, but definitely not a family friendly price. The parking in the laneway I don't feel is very secure, although we were assured there's constant surveillance. The walls are pretty thin in all honesty, could hear the neighbour talking on their phone, and can imagine our neighbours would've heard our kids at some stage too anyway.
The double storey room was perfect for us as a family and the kitchen had all the basic necessities. It was very clean, very tidy and very comfortable.

AustraliaBoth my husband and I woke with bites and welts. Suspect there were bed bugs. On inspection of mattress and protected we found a lot of black hairs and the suspicion of bed bugs. I have asked the Motel to contact me on Monday with expectation of a refund fir the room.
