The apartment was good, however items like toilet paper, washing cloths, rubbish bags were few and far between! They could have provided more of these items in order to keep the place clean!

The Waves was a good venue. Location was great, close to public transport, close to both major shopping centers and boutique shops. We loved the location!!!

When we arrived there was a puddle of water in the kitchen leaking onto the carpet. Apparently the dishwasher was leaking. We had to mop it up ourselves each day and put towels down on the carpet. Reception knew of the problem but offered no assistance. Not a change of room or someone to come in and do an extra clean. We had to ask for more towels to mop up the water and I had to wash them when they became too soggy. Four days after our arrival the dishwasher was fixed. But the carpet as still damp. I was very disappointed.

Perfect location. Close to Oasis and lots of restaurants. Close to buses and tram. Easy walking distance to Pacific Fair.

There are no staffs after 1730 and weekend. You have to clean the apartment prior to departure. The pool was not heated.

The location was excellent- near to shop, beach, public transport and restaurants.

The room was modern but homely as well. Perfect for our family with 2 kids, 10 and 14. The two options of pools were great. All day sun! Having access to roof top was amazing. Location spot on in Broadbeach. We wished we had stayed longer and will definitely return.

1) Would have been better with a games room for the kids to enjoy 2) Pot didn't work on induction cooker and could not be replaced 3) Amount of crockery and cutlery was just enough. Easy change would be to increase the amount in the room 4) Noise from the nearby bars and restaurants downstairs (even though we were fairly high up)

Nothing everything was brilliant, our room had everything we needed. The only suggestion would be to offer a coffee machine for convenience, but saying that there are plenty of coffee shops around (starbucks is located underneath)

The facilities, location were amazing. Everything you need is within walking distance. We had a car and the option of having your own secure carpark was a bonus. An option of having two pools was fantastic and used on a daily basis. The rooftop pool had an amazing view of Broadbeach and surrounding areas.

Crumbs all over the microwave on arrival. Not a big deal, but should have been clean. Lots of small steps everywhere including between rooms in the apartment. Trip hazards that in some cases had tape as warning, but still a risk for more vulnerable customers and we stubbed our toes a few times.

Location, view, pool, room had good spaces. Secure and off street parking. We enjoyed the apartment it had all we needed.

Very unfortunate that the main pool heating wasn't working, and there was no prior advice about that. Markings on the oven were missing, and on the dishwasher were unclear, making both difficult to operate.

Wish there was more dishwashing liquid, sugar and tea variety in room. Small stuff really. Not much we didn't like.

The layout of the 2 br apt was perfect for a family. Kids in one area and parents in another. Loved the pool. Loved the convenience of location. Close to the beach, Oasis shopping centre including a supermarket and cafes, as well as a quick walk to the G Link tramstop taking you straight to Pacific Fair or the other Theme Park direction.

Very annoying that you cant access other levels when you have friends staying on different levels. We heard this many times in the lifts.

The apartment was spotless and spacious.The view although glimpses of the ocean was still lovely. The location was the best as you had everything at your door step and could walk everywhere or get the tram not far from your door.
