The apartments were spacious and facilities excellent. Location was perfect.

1) The washing machine is quite new and a famous brand, but everytime I used it the water temperature just gone too high even I chose cold wash. Something wrong with the settings that they tried but couldn't fix it this time. 2) I saw a man sat on the pool side chair then suddenly hit by the parasol (umbrella) @ 4th floor swimming pool... Because the pin missing and the strong wind snapped it hit the poor guy... Luckily just scratched on his chest...Staff might need to check all the pins... 3) There's a site construction going on near by, so we heard the noise in the early morning (around 6am) But overall, The Wave Resort is still our favorite apt. We definitely will come back again.

Nice clean unit in a central location to everything. Once there we didn’t need the car to get to all the excellent restaurants, casino and shops.

Air conditioning didn't work. They did re emburse us a minimal amount for the inconvenience. Manager's husband nice. Reception said hotel all booked out. 188 rooms?

The extractor fan above the hob was so low I banged my head on it every time I used it. Kind of a specific bugbear.

Everything! The pools were great, the views were great, the location and building were fantastic. Really awesome place to spend a week together as a family with all the amenities of Broadbeach so close by.

The Wave is in a great location. Upon arrival at 10pm I realised that the aircon in my room didn't work. After some troubleshooting over the phone with the staff I was upgraded to a 3 bedroom unit. Communication was great throughout the stay. Highly recommend.

Leaking tap, Leaking toilet (main ensuite), loose tap fixture (guest ensuite), worn furniture and damaged doorway off main bedroom. Small size TV with two annoying vertical white spots on the screen.

Great views and location. Close to plenty of dining options. Close to the beach. No need to take the car out.

Very nice room with all the amenities required, perfect for my family of 4. In the heart of Broadbeach. Location and layout 5* Close to all public transport. No car required to get around.

The morning noise from the garbage truck in the morning, it was like around 6am we could hear it quite loud.

We really love the wave resort, the location is perfect, even though it was central location we didn't hear much noise from the streets downstairs. The facilities are pretty good, we love the big spa and infinity pool. And it was a spacious room with big balconies. We will definitely come back.

Well appointed. 3 outdoor balconies from rooms providing sun / shade as needed. Kitchen was good with great fridge!! Both pool areas very good. Great location

Just a bit noisy from the street.

Very spacious 2-bed apartment with good facilities - kitchen was well equipped, lots of towels and bathroom products, nice furniture. Great central location close to bars/restaurants, supermarket, tram, playground and beach. Two nice swimming pools.
