We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

MaltaA power point close to the bed would have been nice, as we had to leave the mobiles charging overnight on the other side of the room. The bathroom fittings, while fully adequate and functional, are somewhat dated. The sound-proofing could also have been better, as we could hear people chatting in the car-park late into the night and were disturbed by an early-morning departure next door.
Location close to Echo Point is excellent for the Three Sisters and the walking trails, a bit less so for the town centre, shops, etc. The "contactless check-in" worked fine. The room itself was clean, roomy and comfortable, well equipped with a kettle, microwave, iron and hair dryer. The air-conditioner was effective (though we didn't use it much in the mild weather). The bed was large and comfortable, extra pillows were available in the cupboard. Very good wi-fi in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, the Three Sisters are a short walk away. Beds were super comfy, the electrical blankets were a bless and the spa was amazing and relaxing at the end of the day.

AustraliaCould be a little cleaner - move the bedside tables to plug in a phone and it’s pretty grimy. Was the same when we stayed 18 months ago so it would be great to address this. Also, spoons had coffee still on them, so another point to address with cleaning staff. I’d also expect more of the luxury touches if you’re going to self rate as 4 stars. Fluffy towels, welcoming biscuits with the coffee, a range of pillows, etc.
We’ve stayed here before and love the location - close to the Three Sisters (Echo Point), Scenic World and bushwalks. I also love the contactless check in.
