We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWould have been great to have a “do not disturb” sign for our door to decline housekeeping.
Great motel super close to Echo Point in Blue Mountains. We could walk easily to see the Three Sisters and to various trails. We could walk or take the public bus into the Katoomba town center to visit restaurants and cafes. WiFi was strong. Bathroom was nice and bright. Bed was super comfortable - I got great sleep here. Could pop over to the Lookout for food and drinks if we didn’t want to go into town.

United KingdomIt was a 20 min walk into town which wasn’t a problem for us, but there is a bus stop near to hotel.
It was a very comfortable motel with parking near to Echo Point and the 3 sisters. Our room had a sofa, fridge, kettle and microwave. It was air conditioned for the summer months and a heated blanket for the colder ones. There is no staff at the hotel - checkin is done remotely. If any problems there is an intercom near to ‘old’ reception area.
