Good, but needs to change how they advertise the rooms. I think they need a deeper clean and the mattress was well used,

Our room said it had a walk in shower, and it wasn’t walk in fixed panel door. The bath room also wasn’t cleaned adequately, there was black mould at the bottom on the shower, near the tiles and outside the shower. And also there was no view from our room.

    Location, looks inviting, pool, restaurant.

The restaurant needs a bit of a revamp on the menu.

Very windy when we were there, and as our balcony was east facing we could not use it because it was cold with no afternoon or evening sun. Should have check orientation when we booked the river view room. However lovely first thing in the morning as no wind and sun rising in the east

Great view from river view room, easy walking distance to town centre, shops and restaurants

The dining is good, and the staff are lovely. But half my meals had something wrong. Lost orders, wrong orders. They can be quite slow at times too

The rooms are lovely and it's worth paying extra for a water view.

Dated facilities. Room, towels, kettle to name a few. The security door to my ground floor room was broken. The fridge stopped working after a few hours leaking water everywhere. The extractor fan was exceptionally loud.

Great location, short walk to restaurants and local shops, on the Great Easten route to Bay of fires. Stunning views and exceptional setting.

There was no breakfast available. We had to go to a local bakery for food. We had a view of the back carpark and the Reject shop over the road.

Handy location, walk to cafes and shops. Nice views from the front rooms and the bistro.
