AustraliaWe couldn't eat at the property as it was booked out. There are very few other eateries open in St Helens on a Sunday night. The room was advertised as having a garden view but there wasn't a garden just a couple of very dead trees. the view was of the car park.

AustraliaThe bed was so hard it was so very uncomfortable. Floor in the hallway was so noisy as people walked on it that it woke you up when you did go to sleep. Needs a lot of work to make it more comfortable.

The location was excellent - walking distance to water, main street , IGA, restaurant and bottleshop The room was large and spacious - king size bed. There were lots of spaces that you could sit to read or drink and there is a huge deck area that over looks the water.

Great property in an excellent location. The room and the bathroom are very spacious. The small patio (we were on the second floor) is a nice bonus. The shower is a bit dated, but the bathroom is clean.

AustraliaThere is a lot to like about this hotel but it is a little dated, somewhat old fashioned.
The location was excellent. Our rooms were on the lagoon side of the building. We had views of the whole bay and the bird sanctuary was right in front of us. It was lovely to sit outside on the deck in the bar and restaurant area to enjoy pre-dinner drinks. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
