Very noisy room, can here everything upstairs and down, doors slam on everyone's room, you can hear all guests come and go,bed was uneven as 2 mattresses are used for king size which weren't the same hight. The guest above us fell out of bed in the middle of the night,I assume for that reason, uneven mattresses .

    Nice room and veiw

We liked everything. Nothing to find fault with

We liked everything about the property . The location was great , the views lovely over the bay even if you didn’t have a water view room as there is plenty of seating areas to admire the birds and bay . All the staff were great and so friendly . Sue on reception was a huge help and Peter the manager helped with a medical issue . The whole hotel was spotlessly clean . Beds and pillows very comfortable.

My partner and I got absolutely mauled by either bed bugs or fleas during our stay here. Bottom half of both our bodies absolutely ravaged.

Lovely staff and amazing food in the restaurant.

We liked everything about our stay.

Great location and walking distance to the shops. Great restaurant on site. We had a room with a lovely deck overlooking a lagoon (with resident swan and baby ducks) and the ocean. Although it was a bit wet and windy during our stay, it was still lovely to look out with the curtains open. It was great to use the luggage trolley to get our luggage easily to our room. Very nice hotel.

Stayed in room 3. Our bathroom was fitted with assistance bars and plastic shower seats. Neither of us are disabled. We had a very average and expensive lunch in the restaurant and couldn't talk from the very loud and bad music coming from the next door area. No area to boil the kettle. Dated and stained furniture. Resembled a renovated nursing home. Couldn't get out quick enough.

    Leaving.

When we arrived (in the rain) before 2pm, our rooms were naturally not ready, but we were invited into the lounge where a musician was playing. There was food and drinks available. It was a warm and friendly start to our 3 days stay. The hotel is walking distance from shops. The hotel also is in immaculate condition with the gardens are looking great. The room was spotlessly clean and all the staff were extra friendly. We are a couple of Kiwis who have been touring around Tasmania and we found the Panaroma was the very best of all the hotels that we have stayed at.

The receptionist on arrival (Sue) gave us a carpark view for the entire Booking. Hardly the panorama we were promised . More over There were no Bbq/ areas to enjoy the view or cook the fish he caught. Moreover we tried to pay extra to get a better view and room kitchen for cooking his catch, and was informed that nothing was available. We looked online and there was plenty. The menu was limited and overpriced and not exceptional. The lamb wrap was yum and great value

The lagoon view from restaurant.Amazing for us birdwatcher

The bathroom was old, with visible mould, which made it feel unhygienic. The bed was uncomfortable and in poor condition, contributing to a bad night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the room next door was loud, with talking and partying continuing until midnight. Considering the quality of the accommodation, it was extremely overpriced and not worth more than $110 a night. I would not stay here again.

Convenient location walking distance to the town.

Amaziiiiing view, seriously it was so calm and beautiful on the first floor facing the ocean. The Jacuzzi was really nice feature and the bathroom was a bit old but they are redoing them and seriously they were not bad at all, I liked it anyways. The beds, style of the room, service were exceptional. I would 100% go there again next time.
