Liked it all really, apart from a bit of a cumbersome WiFi connection.

Location, amenities and comfort were superb. We really enjoyed how quiet it was during the day and at night. There was plenty of kitchen utensils, mostly functioning.

Town house was roomy and provided all home comforts. Staff were friendly and the area was beautiful. Plenty of activities to keep you busy and a short drive to Atherton should you need anything very relaxing and great to get away from crowds. .

I think the only thing I can think of would be the TV. I feel like it needs to be updated to a smart TV to include Netflix or other channels, for families.

We stayed for an event that was hosted there. Rooms were easy to find, large, clean, had our own garage which was very convenient. Facilities were great. Loved how friendly and welcoming the owner was. Really made me feel comfortable and treated me like a friend. Good location.

Oven needs a thorough clean (smoked the place out when the bottom element was turned on.) Built in heater not working properly, thermostat issue I think. Kitchen sink flick master needs a new module Constructed criticism only, not serious issues just a little TLC needed.

should probably be advertised as 3 star self catered rather than a 4 star resort - it’s quite dated and is all do it yourself, no cleaning service etc. I was fine with this and did love our stay but just think it could be advertised better. it would also be great to have a restaurant on site.

Not sure if I miss being told, but found out when I dropped the key back that we had to place the key in a slot somewhere in order for the air con and TV to work. But it didn't ruin our stay there.

The reception hours were different from what Booking.com told me. They close at 12 PM on Sundays, but Booking.com said they close at 4 PM on Sundays. So, when we arrived around 3 PM, it was already closed. The apartment we stayed in had no view at all. Everything in the kitchen was very dirty, and the towels in the bathroom were very old and dirty. The worst thing was that they only offered very, very slow free Wi-Fi, limited to 500MB per day. On the second day, they cut off the 500MB limit after I sent just four photos. I called the staff, and the woman I spoke to told me she couldn’t do anything about it and hung up on me very quickly, which was rude. I was so frustrated without Wi-Fi, especially since my phone didn’t have any reception there.

Nothing really. Will never go there again. Bad experience.

The accommodation was unfortunately very dirty it had not been properly cleaned from the last guests and in fact a pile of their dirty clothes were left on the floor in the main bedroom cupboard. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. The main issue was the mould all over the artworks. Black mould was on all of the artworks as well as the lampshades, - the smell was a reflection of that mould damp, dank and dirty. Unfortunately it was so bad we had to purchase room freshener to use just to be able to stand the smell. The shelves were full of dust and the beadhead had insects and cobwebs on it. Overall the room had not been cleaned properly in a very long time and this made our stay unenjoyable. The screen doors were also damaged and missing their handles. Overall very disappointed for the money we paid. I would have asked for another room however this would have been pointless as reception advised they were booked out for the entire weekend upon our arrival.

Location was good right on the lake and central to all the atherton Tablelands attractions
