Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe booked for breakfast & come morning we were embarrassed that they were not prepared for us & we would gladly have just not have them rush to try to serve us as they have a small family & were trying to organise them for school etc. The office was not clean and tidy or run professionally. The “breakfast” room needs to be completely made over as it would be quite good for people who only want a continental breakfast. This is not said with malice as the couple obviously want to do the right thing but, this standard is not good enough today. Accommodation where the whole property is neat, tidy & professionally run does not have to be expensive. Australians, especially retirees, do ask fellow travellers where to stay and this can be so important.
The room was spotlessly clean, with good towels, linen & tea making facilities.

AustraliaI really did not appreciate a rooster crowing right out back of my room from 3:17am every 10 - 15 minutes up until daylight on my first night... & then from 4:00am etc... on my second night! I was also not happy with the shower curtain sticking to my body as I showered in the very small shower facilities.
I liked that my car was parked right out front of my motel room door, I also liked the electric blanket.
