Only a very minor thing but there are no lockable screen gauze doors to allow fresh air through the room on the apartment balcony, just the sliding glass doors and sliding plantation shutters which are beautiful, they just unfortunately have no option to lock for the kids. We kept the glass doors closed majority of the time while the kiddos were awake so we knew they were safe up at that room height but maybe some sort of addition to the centre Shutters would alleviate that concern for parents 😊

We loved the location! Plenty of space for a family of four, the rooftop was our highlight, having a space where we could relax and have afternoon nibbles and a warm spa and splash for our kids was excellent!! The management team were very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had about the facility.

There were a couple of lights that weren’t working. Air con kept going back to 20 degrees, which was a little cool for us, as the weather was quite cool.

The views from the apartment were fantastic. The location is terrific and eating venues on site were great. The apartment is pretty close to what the photos show on line. My friend and I just loved it, and we will definitely go back next year, and for a longer stay.

Metal venetian blinds heat up in the morning sun.

Clean and well maintained. So close to the beach. View of the ocean. Spacious underground car park. Two fast elevators. Hosts had provided a pool towels, coffee machine and capsules, shampoo, conditioner and handwash. Quiet ducted air conditioning throughout the unit.

As I am only 5ft1 I couldn't use the rooftop hot tub. I could have used à chair to climb onto the wooden surround but it is very deep and I wouldn't have been able to climb out. The towel rails and hook in the main bathroom were also out of reach

Second bedroom really small. Unit feels set up for a couple with kids not two adults. Blinds in 2nd bedroom not working though aware new blinds have been ordered. 2nd bedroom sliding doors swing in and out with broken piece on the floor. Grate in 2nd bathroom area loose. No face washers given for second bedroom.

Wonderful outlook and view. Close to beach and board walk. Private top floor rooftop is a great space. Good main bedroom and ensuite. Great general living space.

Great location, right next to the beach, easy access to cafes and restaurants and shops (within 100m - 1km). Resort facilities were great and user friendly, clean and well maintained. Unit equally lovely and comfortable.

Really great location with easy access to the beach and nearby cafes/restaurants. We were travelling with a toddler and it was nice to be able to get to the beach and footpath without having to cross any roads. The private rooftop was awesome.

The accommodation as a unit is a worn out dump. Not clean or looked after/uncomfortable worn out furniture/ heating - ac controller not functioning / dirty dishes stacked under clean dishes- dirty carpet -windows - outside deck / fridge out of the 90's- beat up. Ceiling fan paint gone / tired. The master toilet has something black living in the bottom of it. Check out the area behind the tv / wall in master . bedroom. We were upstairs one time. Dirty / hot tub looks like a cow trough & about as clean. Furniture poor. The whole area needs a pressure wash. The steam bath looks like an outhouse. Not clean. Just old worn out. Barbeque; afraid to take the cover off that. The whole place needs a paint job a total overhaul. Motel 6 does better than this. Your description of this place is false/misleading. Evidently you have not been there!!! I will not be back. Note: We were in Aussie for 6 weeks. This is the ONLY negative review I wrote & spent time on!!! One more thing. We had difficulty figuring out how to find & use the blue disc. The front desk ladies of the main complex office were most helpful. Your mob were useless. Emails we could not receive. NO PERSONAL SERVICE!!! Way overpriced.

OK Booking .com: I used your services numerous times on our recent 6 week trip to Aussie. Read below. Explanes most of it. Damn mess & screw job. Wondering do you preview these places you represent?? Might think about dropping this outfit. This is ONLY review I have done on this trip. I will probably think twice about using your services again. Just so you know we lived in Aust. in the late 80's for 6.5 years. We have returned more times than I can remember. We have friends that live in Caloundra. We came back to Caloundra 3 weeks after this trainwreck and walked in to a complex south down the Pumice Stone Passage on the 8th floor. Outstanding. for half the price.

The beds and living room seats were uncomfortable. One of the onsite managers was extremely rude to us when we first arrived and were confused about how to obtain our key. Felt like turning around and heading home.

The appartment was grubby and tired. The owners were not bothered when the washing machine was found not to be working on our second day. They wanted to check it out themselves as they were staying there next rather than get it fixed for our stay. The company that looks after the appartments offered to get our clothes cleaned by a laundry company on our last day but they were bought back damp with a loan clothes horse.. A large picture fell off the wall on top of us while we were sleeping. We are asked to treat the appartment the same as our own home and keep it clean but there are no cleaning apparatus provided such as a mop or vacuum. The roof top terrace is a nice space but the spa bath was filthy as was the BBQ and both had to be cleaned before use. All in all a very disappointing stay. 😞
