The hostel is very clean and really comfortable. It's quiet, the decoration is magnificent and the kitchens are well equipped. Everything is at our disposal for a pleasant and relaxing stay! This is by far the best youth hostel I have been to. A wonderful place to recharge your batteries while traveling. A huge thank you to the whole team!

I think the only problem is that at a busy time, the bathrooms can get occupied. So plan your bath time accordingly. They also don’t provide body wash so be sure to get that with you. Also, the area a little far from the hostel can get a bit sketchy at night so be careful when walking there.

This is a great property in Cairns and a short walk away from the Fleet Terminal, the Promenade, the lagoon. It has been maintained very well and despite the toilets being shared, I never once found them to be unclean. The rooms were good too with enough room to keep/hang things and I met some very nice people here.

Best hostel we stayed in in Australia. Immaculately clean, well equipped and well cared for. Our deluxe room was comfortable and nicely decorated with a lovely balcony with table and chairs and a hammock.The shared bathrooms were next door, clean and in good condition. Kathy, the owner, oversees it all brilliantly and was really nice too, and the staff were great. We felt like we'd stayed somewhere really good here and stayed 4 nihhts but could easily have stayed longer. It's right across the road from the main bus and train station and mall and 10-15 minutes from the lagoon. Nice little pool area too.

1. There may be very small ants coming into the room. Be careful not to leave sweet things uncovered and placed, which will attract more. 2. 2. Pay attention to the battery power of the safe. If there is no power, it won't be able to be opened. If it can't be opened, go to the front desk. They will definitely help you deal with it. 3. The room is not soundproof. If you have prepared sleep earplugs yourself, there will be no impact at all. 4.The door of Room 5 is difficult to close.

1. Both the front desk and the staff are very friendly. Kathy will help solve the demands you put forward. There is a very nice young lady at the front desk. When you don't know the place, she will take you there in person. A slightly older staff member sees that you are going downstairs to check out and helps take the luggage down the stairs. It makes people feel very warm here. 2. The rooms, toilets and kitchens are tidied up very cleanly. 3. This accommodation is arranged very warmly. 4. The check-in and check-out processes are arranged in an orderly manner and you can handle them by yourself. 5. The bed and the quilt are comfortable to sleep in.

If you are visiting cairns this is a must stay! Absolutely beautiful facilities and the most peaceful relaxing vibe. Better than any hotel. I stayed in the “Queen delux room” and slept like a babe. Bed was so comfortable and having the balcony added that extra layer of magic.

Excellent hostel! Beautiful rooms and common spaces. Beautifully arranged outdoor seating areas and pool. One of the very few hostels in which it is actually nice to spend the day. Very peaceful, small, clean and social. Probably the best hostel I've ever been!

The door to Rm 5 was a hard close

SO well appointed. The kitchen was amazing, new appliances and REALLY clean, as if staff came through to ensure that it was kept tidy- they didn’t just wait for guests to do it although there were really nice guests there as well.

The kitchen was complete and clean. The rooms were comfy and the location is near to grocery stores. Good value for money. The property allows for bag storage until 4pm on the day of check out.

This is a very nice hostel. The building has everything you need. They take great care for everyday cleanings. My dorm was mixed with bunk beds. There’s a safe under the bed for each person. Sheets were clean, and so the bathrooms.

Best place to stay in Cairns, like 10 min walking to the centre if not less, plenty of place to park, beautiful hostel, so green, Bali-vibes. Staff super friendly and helpful. you can even stay till 14 h after check out. really recommended

The wifi signal in certain outdoor spaces wasn't great, and those were usually the spaces with a plug. The outdoor spaces with the best wifi didn't have good plug access.

This is the most beautiful hostel I've ever stayed at. Who needs to see the rest of Cairns? I could've sat in the courtyard all day! I really liked that this hostel had so may comfortable outdoor spaces to hang out at the outdoor shower was great! Kathy was also super helpful during my stay!

The only thing that was a bit annoying was that I had to get my stuff out of the hostel at 2 o'clock on the day of check out. I wasn't allowed to stay longer in the hostel, which is not very convenient when you wait for your flight in the evening - maybe this is something you could approve on and let people use the chill out area. :)

I treated myself to a doubleroom with balcony and what should I say, I would have loved to stay longer and already know where I'm staying next time. I always stayed at Globetrotters when I visited Cairns, they had to close and I was looking for a chilled and vibey place. This place looks like you are staying in the middle of the rainforest, with so much love to detail, lovely pool, perfectly set up kitchens, yoga mats and heaps of other gym equipment, even doggies around to pet, you can book tours and hire bikes. It's not a party hostel, it's more a home away from home! Also I had a sneak peak into a dorm room and even they look really cozy so it doesn't matter where you sleep. Would HIGHLY recommend. Also loved the chat to the owner lady (forgot the name) on my night of arrival and it's very unique to get shown around all the facilities by the stuff. Oh and the best thing I forgot: outdoor shower, holy moly!

Love the outdoor cute shower Location is next to big shopping centre, 20 mins to lagoon esplanade /marina The house is very uniquely decorated and creative, it’s not boring. Very cute and special hostel everyone should go to. Family friendly, cute pool. Nice staff, lots of paintings etc. kitchen is great.
