Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Good location. You can find IGA grocer and some eating places along the street, You can pump petrol too if you run out of gas. You can park your car in front of your room.

We didn't realise that the restaurant would be closed on Sunday evenings. We would have eaten there, if it had been open. All communication was done via phone. Personal greetings and interaction would have felt more welcoming, but I know that's not always possible.
The suite was clean and spacious and perfect for 3 singles travelling together. We made use of the swimming pool on arrival. The location made it very easy to find and convenient for visiting Treetop Walk first and then taking the road to Manjimup the next morning.

The shower wouldn’t stay a consistent temperature, so showering was a hassle as you would go from turning on the cold and it go freezing to turning down the cold and it would get boiling.
The property had personal parking spaces for each room. It was clean and easy check in and out.

The shower. Followed instructions in information book. It was either boiling hot or freezing cold. There was no in-between, the mixers don't work.

Specifically requested a quiet room weeks before we arrived but were given one directly opposite entrance. Also there is no one at the front desk even though we arrived during business hours (had to phone for instructions on where to get the key). Small complaints overall given room was good.
Spacious room and clean. Handy location and easy to find.

First impressions of this hotel when we drove in was that it was well kept and tidy. There was a warm welcome. The room was as we expected for an older style motel. It was very clean, always my main concern. The bed was ok, but extra points for having extra and comfortable pillows in the closet! The bathroom was the weakest link. It was perfectly fine, but old style, and the shower water mixer wasn't the best. However, for a one night stay passing through the area, we found this hotel a very good respite and were grateful to have it in this rather underpopulated area.

The bathroom fittings could use an update but with the tourism industry just coming out of the Covid period, an expensive upgrade like this may not be possible in the near future.
Easy check-in, no deposit required and the onsite restaurant served delicious Indian dishes. Though a little run down, the motel was kept spotless & had thoughtful extras like a toaster, iron/ironing board. Bravo!

Facilities are old but still working fine.
Good location with parking not far from the room. Little kitchenette with toaster/microwave/kettle and fridge. Room was clean.

Not necessarily something I didn't like, but just be aware. If you arrive on a sunday after 5pm , there is nothing open , even the iga ( Although we did find out later there is one takeaway we just missed it), so make sure you take stuff with you, And the cooking facilities are limited to a toaster. Microwave and kettle we had to get a little creative.
The room was lovely and the pool was nice. Definitely what we needed to break up our journey.
