I wish someone had told us about the eco tour by boat from Walpole while we were there. We left the town and were told how good it was afterward :(

It was just a motel room and you get what you pay for but nothing wrong with it. A surprise encounter with pelicans (at a jetty down by the water a couple of blocks behind the Motel) was a highlight of our entire holiday in W.A.

We were led to believe the Restaurant would be open upon our arrival we asked if we needed to make a booking only to be told the Restaurant was not open. This is a very small and isolated Town and dining options are extremely limited and I would not have booked this accommodation if I knew this was the case. We would have had both Dinner and Breakfast.

it had a restaurant that wasent open, did not state on website that it was closed. we had no good with us and by the time we arrived no place to get any. very disappointing

It is such a shame that the town does not have a nice cafe on the main road.

There was no power in the town when we arrived. The staff were wonderfully helpful in making sure we were not left in the dark. Rooms were clean, comfortable and really reasonably priced. Would stay again.

Small meal table, sofa, bench for suitcase, good wi-fi connection, desk with drawer, microwave, kettle, 3 chairs bed lamps, side tables beside bed, ceiling fan, wall heater,  split system heater/air-conditioning.

Easy to find, just by the roadside. Convenient and accessible. Clean room, toilet. Comfy bed and pillows. Had a good rest. Friendly front staff.

Bed were not very comfortable, room not particularly clean. I wouldn’t of used the guest laundry if you paid me!

Basic hotel but there is not much choice. Location is good for access to Tree top walk. Small country town so everything is walking distance. Plan ahead as most things including service station close at 6. There were to food options available one a pizza /fish & chip, the other Asian.

Liked everything about this facility and am very hard pushed to find something I didn't like. One suggestion though would to perhaps have more information on local attractions in the rooms.

Very clean, very comfortable and wonderful staff. Location was great for a pleasant stroll down the street. will certainly be staying there again when in the Walpole area.

No personal interaction or greeting on arrival - a one word confirmation that I had said my name - it was repeated back to me.

Good location. Jenny checked us in and was delightful! I informed her we would like to eat dinner in the motel’s restaurant that evening (scheduled to be open, sign on door read the restaurant would be open that evening). Went back for dinner a few hours later and owner informed us it was closed due to lack of customers. We arrived at their opening hour- 6pm. We were hoping to not need to get back in the car and drive to the 1 restaurant in town open for dinner but that’s what we did. Checkout time is 10am. Beginning at 9am, owner’s parents must have walked past our room at least half a dozen times, peeking in to see if we had left ~ uncomfortable. Other than that, the bed and shower were comfortable.

it was disappointing the hotel concierge did not speak any English. There was also no warning that the hotel restaurant was closed for the evening and with almost no other food options in town it was hard to find somewhere to eat- luckily the pub was still open

Poor location. No food available and only 1 pub in area. Very tired and dated. Water temperature inconsistent shower very poor.

We were warmly welcomed at reception on arrival, no fuss checkin . The room was clean and cheerful, the bed comfortable and the temperature of the room perfect and consistant

We weren't event out of our rooms in the morning (before checkout time of 10am) and the cleaner was letting themselves into our rooms to clean. It was not an issue but could have been if circumstances has been different.

plenty space in the clean rooms, free parking, and nice welcoming staff. Pool was a little smaller than expected but perfect for a cool morning dip.
