Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I travelled with my assistance dog, the staff were so professional and accomodating to my needs and my assistance animal coming. After having a horrible experience with a Hotel close by I was very hesitant to ever book a holiday again and almost cancelled my concert. They have completely changed my mindset now! What an easy, lovely stay we had, will definitely be back! They asked for proof for my assistance animal which is amazing to eliminate potential fake ADs. They were so friendly about it too! Very professional service. The beds were super comfy too. I also like how you need a key to get in after hours and into the elevator as it makes me feel extremely safe! I found the hotel as a whole, including the location and staff extremely accessible and welcoming. The location is very convenient if you are attending a concert and also a very quick walk from the train station.

They changed the toilet paper and it is literally THE worst toilet paper I have ever had an any hotel in the whole world. Yall really should switch back. You charge enough to cover a decent soft roll of toilet paper

The way it was advertised was fraudulent ..the price advertised was 130 but when i.got there it was 188 ..i showed them the price but they explained in us dollars ..very shifty ..impayed because i already traveled there already

Love staying here when we are having a night out on the town. Usually reasonably priced, easy parking next door and amazing restaurants, pubs and clubs close by. Be prepared for noise. It’s the Valley.

There were no block out blinds to keep out light. There was a nightclub below the hotel that didn’t stop playing music until 2am.
The location was great. The hotel was clean and interesting.

I feel like it should be noted somewhere when you book that it is right underneath a rooftop bar. We were put on level 4 and level 5 is a club. It was SO loud and I was awake until 3am when the music finally stopped thumping. They told us when we arrived it might get loud due to location and offered ear plugs but 100% wouldn’t have booked had I known.

Some of the surfaces in the room were a little dusty and not wiped down, but the bed and bathroom were very clean.
Such a great vibe and an awesome location. First time I stayed and it’ll become my usual hotel when I visit Brisbane. The staff were fabulous and it was great value.

We booked a queen room and were given a room with wheelchair access. That's ok, but that room was right next to the main door to that section. We didn't get ANY sleep due to people coming and going ALL night.

That it was right next to a pub/club which rocked on until about 2.30am bed was very low down and was very wobbly. The front of the socket plate in the bathroom kept falling off. This was located at the sink.

Small room , low bed, showering floods the ensuite, no mini bar despite it showing on the digital compendium, light over desk blocked by added split aircon unit instead of repairing built in one, no body lotion. I understand the industrial / abstract theme, but it’s a bit too much for me.
Handy location to club’s restaurants and bars. The Osbourne next door is great. The staff were friendly efficient and helpful. Luggage minding and pod coffee was a plus. Bedding was comfortable.
