Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn't like that the booking description is false, the fact that front desk didn't know what was booked and what was included, the mini bar was completely empty, room was tiny and tv is hanging side on on the wall by a thread. The phone doesn't work so I had to call reception from my own phone to remind them 4 times that the mini bar is still yet to be filled. I basically had to keep chasing and also pretty much do front desk job for them. For 330$ one night , I'd expect alot more.
The convenience of the venue being above the hotel.

Put more attention to cleaning. There was dirty clothes underneath my bed and dust. Not properly vacuumed. The drain inside the bathroom stunk the whole room😅
Location was great where we wanted to be.

A few more coffee pods and milk pods would have been great. This was expected as I knew of the area but it did get a little noisy but staff warned us and gave us ear plugs.
Visually interesting. Street art vibe. Clean neat and tidy. Followed up on requests.

The aircon was a very loud this time and we got the room with a little balcony area and it was lovely until the exhaust fans start in the morning and are so loud it was almost impossible to sit out there and have a conversation. But we were out throughout the day so it didn't ruin anything for us
The location is great the staff are always amazing! The beds and showers are amazing!

No parks were available in the gated parking so we then got directed to park at the secure parking, however dragging our suitcases back to the hotel was a little inconvenient.
Staff at check in/out were very friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfy. Small outdoor terrace is a nice little area.

I've stayed before and had no issue with noise. This time though our room backed directly on to the bar on the same block. the music and noise went to midnight, after that though it was very quiet. I guess that this the downside to the location. The bed this time was not as comfortable.
The rooms are nice and clean. Front desk staff are nice. the general feel of the hotel is nice, and it's location in the valley

Unfortunately one of the rooms we booked had a very bad sewage smell when they reported this they offered to use spray to take away the smell however this didn’t work and they had to put up with a sewage smell

If being fussy would have preferred a slightly wider room but enough space to walk around the bed.
Welcoming, friendly and helpful reception. Offered a free upgrade and asked if we wanted a late check out. Volunteered to deliver Uber eats if we were ordering in. Told about the roof top bar. Large bed, comfy, great shower. Arty decor, pleasant change from the usual beige hotel decor. Nice breakfast attached to hotel.
