Walking into the room it was neat and clean but upon closer inspection the floors needed a better vacuum and the shower has some build up on the outside, but overall was clean. Would have also loved some kitchen utensils other than spoons.

The bed and pillows were very comfy. Staff were super helpful in filling my requests, loved having the 24hour staff available too.

The staff were very friendly, approachable and professional. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The location of the Constance is perfect if you are going to see a show/band at the Tivoli, The Zoo, The Brightside or the Triffid. You can walk to all these venues from the hotel.

I felt that the area itself was a little unsafe at night. I wouldn't recommend getting around by foot for solo female travellers, especially at night.

Smooth check-in, clean rooms and comfy beds. Couldn't fault it. The location was great, walking distance from the airport line train station.

The team are so fabulous. They both remembered me from the last stay which made me feel valued. Nothing was a problem for them. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable! Blackout curtains were awesome and ensured the rooms was dark enough to sleep well into the morning if I wanted too ;) Location is awesome! Even though I had a car, I walked everywhere and caught a free ferry from story bridge into Southbank and the city and then walked back to the hotel. Parking was provided with the room which was such a massive help.

It is a noisy neighbourhood. I could hear the music etc from a big pub around the corner. Not too bad - just in the background. Not the place for a very quiet getaway - but great for nightlife

Funky room - interesting art. Rooftop bar (they could advertise this a bit more!) Very friendly staff. Great coffee in the Rose room in the morning. Excellent location for night life.

I booked for three. When we went to go to bed at around midnight we discovered that there was no bedding at all for the pull out sofa. We had to go down and chase bedding at midnight.
