Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaThe hotel has been undergoing some form of upgrade for well over a year. The junk in the carpark suggests there is a lot of material to be removed. Direction arrows for car drivers to follow in the carpark are clearly out of date and redundant as they lead to a blind alley. The toilet seat was the wrong shape for the toilet bowl and not secured properly. A similar problem was observed 5 months ago when I stayed in a different room in the same hotel. The cupboard tops in the bathroom and the bedside table would benefit from a proper clean. The restaurant in the hotel building (which I imagine is run independently of the hotel) were disinterested and unhelpful.
I have stayed at this venue before. It is conveniently located and the price is competitive. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

AustraliaThis property is still going through renovations The quality control of this is sub-standard I was given an accessibility room, the bathroom had a half-assed update. Shelves and a bench added The tiny fridge was on the ground and off balance and. not accessible unless you got on your hands and knees. There is black mould on the old tiling right beside the new tiling. There was a sandy dust all over the floor that meant it was impossible to avoid getting throughout the room. My highlight was the addition of a sliding door on the bathroom which conceals the light switches for the bathroom. Whoever is project manager of this renovation is a drongo with no genuine interior fit out skills.

AustraliaNOTHING, except junkyard guests, but NOT within Hotel control, except long term tenant NOT guests should NOT be allowed for SAFETY of other guests.
The swimming pool is cold, but it look RELAX atmosphere like a Resort even under renovations .It was very NICE and CHEAP rates for location and facilities. I hope that rates of Parkmore Hotel won't go up too much after renovations completed. I wish stay 1 more time @ this Hotel in The near future for longer stat to sit in front of swimming pool to RELAX next time

AustraliaWe have stayed there before and the location is great. However we were disappointed this time round with the facilities in our room not working well. Other than that, we would come again as it is in a convenient location.

AustraliaVery tired rooms, one bedside lamp did not work, bathroom was tiny and shower cubicle needed a clean. I am a size 12 and found it It was very hard to get fully wet while using the shower due to very low pressure with the type of shower head.
Such a great location. Princess park across the road, a short walk to Brunswick, universities and golf course. Tram stop on route 19 to the city right out the front. Older style Motel type but is currently being renovated. Friendly and helpful staff

AustraliaLocation was excellent for our needs
The property is under renovation, which we were not advised prior to booking or after booking. Our room was partly renovated with loose panels covering up incomplete work, the bed was on casters so rolled around when you sat on the bed, the bathroom was renovated but not to a great standard and not very clean, there was a large hole in the ceiling of the wardrobe and this smelled heavily of smoke, although they advertise breakfast is available, it is not, there is a very poorly alternate access as the main front is not available because of works being completed. On the upside the location is great for our needs with a tram stop at the next corner.

AustraliaThe hotel is undergoing renovations so the front entrance was a building site. Beds in the room were not of the best quality, a bit hard. Pillows very thin, lucky I had 4!
Had a room on the top floor at the back, very quiet. No traffic noise. Loved the pool. Room was recently renovated and modernised. Great room size.
