Good location 10 mins from local amenities, shops, and services. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Good selection of beers and wine at the bar. Menue was a little "Run of the mill," mainly Pub food. Not really a restaurant feel. A little understaffed at times in the bar area. Would go again but didn't quite meet our expectations.

The carpet looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed, we had no power but that was promptly fixed. There was no internet and the tv had no signal.

The outside needs some love. Just a vac and clean up by a gardener. Pools a tad mucky at the bottom and main pool would be great with heating, it was freezing.

The orientation of the rooms next to the pool and restaurants is great for kids Bed was very comfy and room spacious

Can't actually think of anything! I had a great stay there!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Just loved the Kangaroo Safari! Lovely man who led the tour. Food choice and service was excellent. Great to be able to get a cocktail near the pool. Loved the balcony overlooking the centre gardens that were beautifully kept.

Really loud in the mornings. Trolleys for room service and cleaners are really loud going over the bricks. Felt like a train going by!

Rooms were very big and the pool area was lovely. Mini golf and golf, good to keep busy during the day and really just liked relaxing up here seeing the roos.

Our outlook was of a tennis court, which was abit run down eg you could see piles of plastic palettes on the other side of the court. I think work needs to be done to make this side of the resort nicer for guests.

Lovely grounds, clean comfortable room. Great facilities. The cafe was great for dinner, food was yummy. And buffet breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay again, but request a room in a different part of the resort.

We had a few days for a girls weekend away. Our unit was very old and tired, it needs renovation. Apart from that the resort facilities, cafe and location are superb.

Apartment is a little tired, but is very comfortable and has everything needed.

Great size apartment for 4 people. Everything you need. Amazing views of lakes, golf course, kangaroos, ducks and other birds. Great breakfast.

We encountered a few maintenance issues with the 3-bedroom apartment - the toaster tripped the power - the original coffee machine leaked and the replacement pooled water around the base. The exhaust fan in the en-suite stopped functioning halfway through our stay. These are issues you can't plan for but I think it indicates the apartment would benefit from a pre-emptive maintenance check.

The configurations we booked perfectly suited the needs of our group. Lovely quiet location with enough facilities for diversion. The pool was a winner with the grand children - the ability to self cater was vital for the family. Location in the Swan Valley also provided loads of alternatives to keep everyone happy.

Breakfast! Whilst the food and service in the hotel bar on our first evening and wedding on the second were excellent the breakfast service really let the hotel down. Tables were not cleared, some for the whole time we were in the restaurant and the breakfast served was tasteless and not of the same quality as other areas of the hotel, definitely not value for money, would have cancelled on the 2nd day if not pre paid.
