Great location to board Spirit of Tas. Walking distance to restaurants and water front. Really spacious, clean and modern.

The noise. We didn’t get to sleep until after 1am on Sunday morning due to hoons in their cars revving the engines and racing. I am not sure if the windows were double glazed!! Certainly didn’t sound like they were

The apartment was very clean and perfect for what we needed. It is close to the Waterfront, restaurants, cafes and shopping centres

Mould in split system aircon. Strong smell of mould. Staff provided fans and an air purifier. But I still felt we were sleeping in a room with mould in the air and on things. They were full and could not move us to another room. They said they would get house cleaning to clean the aircon after our stay. This did wreck the experience for me though. There are multiple stair cases - only one leads to the lobby. We got lost multiple times. Needs signage on the door and in the stairwells.

No Safe in room Shower whilst a great pressure the water leaked out under shower screen door An accident waiting to happen when someone slips over Skirting under kitchen area drawers dirty Also down the side of the area between the washer and dryer and the wall very grotty with dust/dirt Both areas need a really good clean

There were building works on the cladding of the building, drilling & grinding starting at 7:30am… not ideal for those customers seeking a restful stay! Other customers commented to us about this as well. Should’ve been informed prior or on arrival.

Not many restaurants near bye. After hour service is very poor, The first night the room was very hot and no help was available. The receptionist did not advice where to find the wifi pass word on the booklet at check in.

Cleaner did not make bed properly. Only pulled up covers. Left my pj's in the bed. Also only got 1 towel and face washer. Not all were replaced.

House keeping was not good. Our beds were not made on both nights. The sheets and doonas were just pulled up. The bottom sheet was so messed up that I had to make the bed myself. There were no toiletries replaced and basin not cleaned.

the only negative is for a two bed apartment you need another arm chair in the lounge - instead of needing to use a dining chair

We are from the country and didn't anticipate in Geelong how loud the traffic would be along eastern beach. Everything else was awesome but take your ear plugs if you're a bit sensitive to noise.

The air conditioning didn’t work and I thought the apartment would have had a functioning kitchen only had a microwave which was disappointing has I had purchased food to cook a hot meal.

Balcony is an enclosed sunroom with a grated window opening in apartment 107. Dishwasher beeped every 1 1/2 minutes and aircon dripped when switched off
