The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the apartment was excellent, can’t fault anything and I’m fussy ! Wouldn’t hesitate to go back there next time I’m going to Broadbeach.

there were some yellow stains on the blankets I think it was pee. also if you have a baby you need to be supper careful at the balcony because there is a gap that small kids can go through it and it is so generous. also vacume cleaner did not work properly

location is perfect and the view was beautiful. very easy access to everywhere very kind staff and helpful. pool was so good. and the facilities inside the room was very comfy.

Vue has to be one of the best places to stay in Gold Coast. From the facilities, value for money, location to the staff, absolutely everything is perfect. We went for my mum’s birthday and they went above and beyond to cater for us being a big group, and even left wine and chocolates for her in the room! The girls at reception and every member of staff were exceptional, incredibly kind and thoughtful. Melinda in particular was amazing at helping us plan to surprise my mum and making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is equally as amazing, with all the facilities, cleanliness and the overall experience being top notch. We have stayed at Vue before and have had an equally amazing experience. Vue is our number 1 place to stay when coming to the Gold Coast and I wouldn’t even consider going elsewhere. Thank you to the entire Vue staff for making our experience absolutely amazing!! 💗

To be honest I cannot complain about anything.

Hotel did not have dine in but the local area was sufficient for meals. We enjoyed the friendly staff and the facilities. The apartment provided all the necessities we needed.

Perfect location. Right near the beach, a 5-10min walk to the shops - close enough without being too close to the hustle and bustle. Staff were exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble. Special thank you to the maintenance gentleman and front desk staff member (lovely lady with short dark hair - soooo sorry I didn't get your names) who helped us set up "our" stan on the TV so we could watch the rugby final (arrived Friday 27th Oct). Will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The only limiting factor was just one car park, to share between 3 separate travellers, but there was adequate parking in the public areas close by.

The facilities at Vue Broadbeach were excellent with a good pool and spa on the 2nd floor. It was within 15 minutes walk of the convention centre and casino, or just 3 minutes on the tram. Our 3 bedroom apartment on the 11th floor at Vue Broadbeach had a view to the mountains from the master bedroom and a view to the ocean from the lounge room, kitchen and balcony. The staff were very helpful with our booking and the check in and check out process.

Someone parked in our parking space (an employee) so after 30 mins of circling the car park we eventually figured out the issue. Not a major issue but employees should park in staff parking or at the very least NOT in spaces reserved for people checking in that day. The carpark was 50% empty anyway.

Our room on the 16th floor was stunning and had such an incredible view! The room was very quiet, had block out curtains and a comfortable bed/pillows. The spa, pool and sauna were fantastic! The staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful. Location is about 15-20min walk away from central Broadbeach but the walk along the esplanade is great!
