Great location and views . Close to everything , but tucked away so you can relax away from the hustle and bustle . Good dining options close by as well . Will book again the next time I’m on the Goldie .

Location is a bit far from the main Broadbeach area but it’s still ok - it’s less busy. The pots look a bit scratch but I didn’t use them as did not intend to cook whilst on holidays. the exhaust fans in the bathrooms and laundry did not work.

Beautiful, luxurious, modern, clean and new. Everything available seemed properly thought out - even a hotel trolley available to use. Pool was very nice, and heated.

After hours check in was poor. We got the key out of the safe and instructions to out apartment, nothing further. We then got locked out the following day because our key was a 24hour key. If the instructions told us to go and see reception the following morning it would of been much easier. Instead, we're left locked outside with a tired baby.

Location was fantastic, cleanliness was impeccable. Laundry was very handy.

Beds are small. It was 2 bedroom apartment only but price is of 3bedroom apartment because 3rd room is study room. Study is converted into a bedroom. Kitchen misses pans and pots.

Property is good interns of cleaning and location. Parking was cool. Late night checkin was very easy and welcoming and exceeded expectation. But too expensive. We tried to extend the booking but unfortunately it was expensive again so tried to book a cheaper option in Burleigh. That was marina shore club resort. It was just 200 per day and facilities were more than what vue had to offer. Bit old style but location was awesome. Very clean. Beach opposite. However, we met a lovely helpful couple who stay next door to us. Overall good experience and family was happier.

There really isn't allot to complain about. From a location perspective its a bit of a walk to the main area of broadbeach and similar to surfers paradise, however its a pleasant walk both ways and there are some smaller shops just around the corner from it.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with everything that you would expect from a fixtures and fittings perspective. The view from the room was really nice. The pool area was good.

There was only one size pillow - they were all firm. There should be at least a choice of some softer pillows. The walls between bedrooms are not soundproofed. My very loud snoring kept my friend awake in the next room!!!

The apartment was excellent, well designed, attractive and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is one of the better places I have stayed in the area.

the fans didn’t work in either of the bathrooms. For a 3 bedroom appt the lounge area was quite small. couch could only fit 3 people. the third bedroom can really only fit 1 person and both 2nd and third bedroom has double beds.

Our room was not cleaned for two days despite on the website stating "Dail house keeping". I brought this up with multiple emails to management and spoke to them in person each day. Yet they refused to do anything to compensate. Very expensive and they just want you in and out. I believe that this is an issue with the manager of the property not the other staff.

Some apartments were owner occupied which then restricted noise levels and pool access. Parking was difficult for larger cars. The three bedroom apartment can sleep 6 however the lounge seating area can only accomodate 3-4

There was a smoker next door to us whose smoke came straight into our window and outdoor area. When asking them to stop they then swore at us. I let staff know, not sure what came of that, as it continued the next day. There was a leakage in the shower which flowed straight into rest of bathroom making me use all our towels to mop it up. Was fixed maybe 24hrs later. Housekeeping came in and didn’t clean beds (even after us taking our belongings off bed) then when speaking to reception she got uptight and started to challenge me then walked away saying she was grabbing her manager (crap way of interacting with your customers).

We specifically told them we had 3 teenage children but they insisted in putting our children in a double bed, even after asking for a change to our room or bedding. We were told we would have to pay extra for that. The staff were also not very understanding at our request for a slightly later checkout which was due to my husband's broken ribs causing us to be a bit slower packing our things

We were about 1km from Broadbeach, so an easy walk to great restaurants, and very close to the beach Pool was good and beach / pool towels were a very helpful addition

Very tight car parking under the building, had to go back and forward many times and use a spotter to get in and out.

Shower drains kept getting clogged and flooding the bathrooms. One of the beds wasn’t made underneath the top sheet so didn’t know whether the sheets were clean or not. Reception isn’t open 24 hours so couldn’t ask someone to come change the sheets. Dirty coffee cups
