The beds! Too firm and i am so sick of the 2 sheets instead of an actual cover scenario which just ended up as a tangled mess.

The room was clean and well maintained but the bed was not comfortable and I woke so many times with sore hips and shoulders. There was also a lack of daylight from the tiny viewless window but the breakfast was nice (could have been included in cost or buffet to be better. Pool was all good but would be nice if the pool towels were provided in room instead of having to walk all the way to reception to ask. There was a lot of walking and stairs which was noticed because I have a foot injury and so it was exhausting.

We weren't advised of the motel works going on. All family members awoken suddenly at 7am by drilling and sawing. Seems the two adjacent rooms were having their locks changed and the tradies were definitely keen to get into full swing. Unsure if the hotel was fully booked but if a room couldn't be allocated away from it, would have appreciated a note in the room or a mention of it on check in.

Great options for room configuration. Good follow up on booking and requirements. Plenty of parking. Loved the proper bar fridge in room.

The back passenger window of my motor vehicle window was smashed on the property of the hotel. The staff was a little helpful but not caring, and to date, I have not heard from property management. I saw no signs that owners park at their own risk but I might be wrong. Had to drive home for an hour and a half without a window.

Extremely noisy Our bed was not made on the second day even after requesting it being done via phone. Breakfast in the restaurant tasted fine but was disappointing

For the price paid house keeping could of been better. Long dark hair on pillow and in shower. Spider and Web near toilet. Floor needed a vacuum. Road traffic was quite noisy even though set back off the main road.

For the price i paid it would have been good to have 2 rooms together as requested. Due to Christmas the room was not serviced and towels not replenished.

The room was comfortable and clean.The air-conditioning worked well on a 37 degree day. The shower was lovely after a swim in the pool.The food was very good.

I emailed before to get extra bedding for my daughter ahead of time and when we got there it wasn’t set up. They gave us the sofa bed in room and was the most uncomfortable bed ever.
