We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Such a history filled building, that kept its charm through renovations. Super cosy, felt away from other guests aswell which was nice as I was traveling alone. Staff were lovely! Reading the history of the house was my favourite! Would definitely stay again!!

AustraliaThis is common in hotel rooms but annoying; the electric kettle didn't fit under the tap in the bathroom so you couldn't fill it up that way. There was a milk jug in the room so I used that to get water from the tap into the kettle I know it seems a little thing but it happens a lot.
