Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe were a family with 4 couples and the information said it had 3 bathrooms. It had 2 bathrooms 1 being an ensuite and a toilet in the laundry. I took this information into consideration when I booked it. I was disappointed! When we arrived there we were emailed all the instructions for the house including when the bins should be taken out front to be emptied. That being a Tuesday. We arrived on a Wednesday so technically the bins should have been empty. We arrived on the Wednesday to find both red bins were full to the top. I did notify Airkeeper several times about what to do. They did not respond until Tuesday the day before we were leaving. They said to put rubbish in garage and cleaners would take it. Unfortunately this did not help my family who were jumping into the bins to try and squash other peoples rubbish and then we had to take our rubbish to external parks. I do understand that bins will overlap with guests but we had the booking from Wednesday to Wednesday so we put the bins out to be emptied when we were leaving. Not sure what happened when we arrived. Quite stressful.
The house and location was amazing. The family had a lovely get away together. We were walking distance to everything. The house was very entertaining and we really didn't have to go anywhere. We would like to visit again.

AustraliaGiven we paid a premium $$ for the weekend, I expected the house to be cleaner. Every single window was streaky / dirty which made enjoying the beautiful views difficult. There was a large stain on the carpet in the main upstairs loungeroom. The outdoor tables were covered in dirt and we had to wash them before we could sit down. The poor cleanliness was disappointing given the amount of money we paid - I didn't like having to clean up someone elses house BEFORE we enjoyed ourselves.
The house was a generous size, very comfortable beds, modern bathrooms. Lots of space both upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs area was very popular, with a full-size pool table, ping pong table, dart board, huge TV, and access to outdoors. This was our favourite spot. Very close to the beach, lovely listening to the ocean waves at night time. Good choice of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

AustraliaCleanliness was very below standard. we spent our first hour cleaning the place to an acceptable level. Completely disappointing. Reported to AirKeeper and they asked for photos, which we sent. Then they came back essentially saying "what do you want us to do about it" so I suggested giving us a late che out for the time we spent cleaning... didn't hear back from them and got automated email saying to be put by 10am strictly. as we were locking up at 10:01am their cleaners arrived. We left the house in a much cleaner state than we found it, hope the next people don't have to deal with such a mess.
The view from anywhere in the house is sensational. Really enjoyed the location and views. Facilities were reasonable...

AustraliaOnly very minor nuances. The pool filter didn't seem to be working well. The air con in the bedrooms was controlled from the master bedroom and no option to zone rooms meaning that the temperature for sleeping had to be agreed by all rooms. These are very minor issues though and really there was little to fault.
Excellent house, fully stocked with great facilities. House was clean and comfortable with lots of entertainment options, which were well looked after. Great for family holidays or multiple couples with or without kids. Lastly, the best part, the view was exceptional from multiple rooms and very close to Shellharbour main strip
