Bedsheets, pillow cases and towels are not provided. So we had to purchase the disposable ones as we don't want to be carrying that to our next location. Though rental is available, it wouldnt make sense to pay tat much for basics.

The property is a beauty. Locating the house and check-in is easy. The layout is spacious for a family booking. The porch area is so peaceful. And lastly, not forgetting the helpful and interactive host. Will definitely book again should we visit Mandurah.

The 3rd bedroom with its bunk beds, (the bottom bed definitely for children), is a walk through to another bedroom with two dubble beds.

The view on the canal was exceptional with a relaxing atmosphere. Good location. Clean house.

People had to go through the bunk bed room to get to the double bed room. I wish there was a bit more privacy there. Also the kayaks are great but wish there were doubles as well.

3 of the bedrooms have a view of the water. The furnishings and contents of the house are great quality and well maintained.

Everything was good, I guess the only thing that would help is to have aircons in the smaller bedrooms as it was a bit stuffy. The kitchen could do with a few more appliances like an Air fryer and / or a slow cooker. A small strainer would be great to strain the tea and coffee if required.

The location of the property is excellent with spectacular views of the canal. It was an absolute delight to see dolphins and black swans come right upto the jetty. The owner was very responsive and helpful a big thumbs up from us. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with crockery and cutlery. It was very helpful having our fur babies and the location is close to everything. We were lucky to see a dolphin and black swans come close to our home. Very quiet and relaxing.

Due to visiting in the winter having only one reverse cycle aircon for heating in the whole property made some of the rooms really cold.

Excellent location and facilities for a large group of people. We totally enjoyed having such a large alfresco overlooking the canal.

Everything about this property was fantastic. Great communication with hosts, the location and setting of the property and the fact that it felt like a welcoming home, while also having the wow factor in the setting. Easy to travel around Mandurah and local areas, and into the city with a quick drive to the local train station
