It needed a deep clean, could do with shelving and hangers in the wardrobes to make them useful, difficult to unpack anything at present. Very misleading, sold as two bathroom but had only one and a downstairs toilet. overall a nice property but grotty at present needed some attention. Walls are paper thin and every conversation and sound from each side can be heard.

Initial confusion with the Ramada Wyndham in the next block.

About a 10 minute walk to the marina with great restaurants and whale watch tours. While we took advantage of the fabulous local restaurants for lunch we were able to purchase fresh reef fish for dinner just around the corner and prepare it in the well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the unit was spacious.

Had to arrange a late check in - this could not have been simpler. The apartment was much bigger than we expected, very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff we lovely and very helpful.

The only thing which we didn’t like about the property was absence of lock in washroom. Please get it improvised.

The property was quite dark and we were hoping to stay on a higher floor with a better view. The TV screen was also a bit damaged and smaller than expected. Although we were aware that it was a family friendly resort, we weren’t expecting as much noise located around the pool area as there was. The resident above us was also playing loud music our first day staying there which made it even more difficult to have a relaxing weekend unfortunately.

I liked how spacious the area was and the short drive it was to different locations such as restaurants, the beach and etc.

it was confirmed days before that we would be provided a ground floor apartment and a cot for our little one, only to arrive and we had been given the top floor and there was no cot provided. promises from staff were not kept no restaurant or room service. bath shower which was super uncomfortable and small. it said there was a games room, instead it was a room with chairs and a ping pong table. no drink machines anywhere at the property. stairs to the top floor was not fun with a little one. parking away from the room was horrible also
