Cleaning wasn’t up to standard with toilet missed. While it was close to the Marina it was a drive to cafes & restaurants. The parking didn’t correspond to units location.

There were stains on the bed spread and dining chairs, I know they're probably old stains, but it makes them look less clean.

The unit was spacious, had everything I needed. Shower pressure was good.

Having no key to the door that leads out to the pool was a bit of a pain, and it would have been handy if there was one supplied for this purpose, as we had to walk around to get to the pool area. Also only having one key for 2 people is insufficient. The location was a bit further from the beach than we realised but it was fine.

Lovely apartment, nice to be on the ground floor, as we had luggage and there is no lift to the other floors. Big kitchen with big fridge and dishwasher was handy to have. So nice to get pool towels supplied. Secure parking by the apartment was very handy. Door to door pickup/drop off was very convenient when we did the Fraser Island day tour, such a beautiful place to visit. And the Pier area was also well worth a look.

The signage outside the complex was dreadful. Nothing said Ramada at all. I drove past three times and went to the other Ramada thinking the address was wrong. Needs to be better.

The staff at the office were very friendly and very helpful on all fronts

Fantastic pool. Great location. Apartment was spacious although was not the cleanest on arrival. Central to everything.

The one air conditioner in my 2 Bedroom Apartment was old and noisy. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom was probably original and a little rattly. Both these items (and probably the ceiling fan in the other bedroom), should be replaced as soon as the owner can afford to do so.

The room was well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The resort was very quiet - apart from the bird noises! My room was clean and the grounds and pool area were well maintained.

Ceiling fan in main bedroom was to noisy no matter what speed setting you adjusted it to and as air con was in main living area you need the fan to stay cool during the night

The fan in the main bedroom hasn't been cleaned for ages. The lights were so dull that eye strain was the order of the day :(

Lovely grounds, huge pool (didn't use it). Good undercover carparking, great security. Comfortable living areas. VERY quiet which impressed us.

Sadly, the hot tub was out of service. I also found it odd that you need a key to get OUT of the complex. We walked over to the boat club and had to use the key on both gates and then again on the front gate to open it for the pizza man. I can understand needing a key to get IN but just thought it odd that we needed it to get OUT. With 6 people and one key, it presented a bit of a challenge. Otherwise, we loved it

The complex is well maintained, clean and very comfortable for the 6 off us. Loved the whole layout of the complex and location. Everything we needed to accommodate our group was provided I.e. portacot and sofa bed were set up and ready. Staff at reception were lovely and very helpful. Comfy beds. Quiet. Loved our little visitor, Mr Peacock. We will definitely be back!

Rubbish bin was not emptied but after discussion with the manager it was solved and complimentary breakfast tickets to make up for it. Due for a weekly or monthly spring clean. We lost earrings under the bed.... Three flights of stairs was OK but a difficult with suitcases for the 2 of us in our 70s.
