No wi-fi, needed a few extra kitchen items. Baking tray, oven gloves to name a few

i arrived at the site to find the reception closed. i called the phone number but there was no answer (i did receive a call back about 3 hours later). after waiting about 10 mins another visitor was able to get in the safe so i could get my key. unfortunately, i had received an email to my work email address with the code to the safe but that was after i left work and i had no idea. it all worked out in the end but people need to realise the reception does close at 5pm (it closed at 4pm on the day of my arrival) or to contact the accommodation to make sure they can get the key.

the accommodation was pleasant enough, i was in a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor, was plenty big enough for a family. plenty of parking, comfy bed. i didnt use any of the facilities. but the pool area looked quite nice.

Downside, we were 2 floors up, no lift only stairs, not great for anyone with mobility limitations Only other thing was shower over bath, wasn't easy for my sister to get in and out of, so I suggest that if anyone has any mobility issues then ask for a downstairs apartment 😊👍

So the apartment was great, 2 bedrooms awesome, 1 each for me n my sis. Fully set up with washing machine and dryer, full kitchen / dishwasher, full size fridge so great for that extended break 😊

The beds could be better we booked for 2 adults and 3 children there were two singles a double and a pull out couch but the pull out couch was so uncomfortable with no padding could feel all the springs my eldest slept on the couch as it was more comfortable than the pull out couch. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

The pool and spa were our family favourite we spent most of our time in here. The size of the unit and facilities within the unit were great everything you could need for a little getaway.

The air-conditioning was welcome but I think a second unit would cool the whole apartment more efficiently. It did struggle to cool the main bedroom. Also, just a small thing, but it would have helped to have a small frypan to use on the cooktop.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with most of the bits and pieces needed for my stay. Front desk staff were lovely and very willing to help with a bit of local advice. While I didn't use the pool during my short stay, it did look amazing. Overall, definitely recommended.

Driving up the road for breakfast. When we first arrived our room was not clean tidy but happy with outcome of a better room with free breakfast. Should be 12 years & over for pool swim not 14 years.

The beds were comfy, pool was great fun & we loved having a kitchen. Location was close to the Esplanade & to shops which was great.

No coffee machine (ie Nespresso machine) no really sharp knives or steak knives don't like the shower over the bath, one of the units had a walk-in shower, the second time we stayed it didn't. Ground floor rooms were great - we're too old for stairs, especially as there are no lifts. - need to ensure that you can book accordingly.

Washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, big fridge, plenty of plates and cutlery. The security - gated community with own carpark (that no one could take) The pool and games room looked great, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to indulge ourselves in all the facilities. Great and free Wi-Fi.

The unit which was more a long term rental was clean and well presented. unfortunately the bathroom was outdated and dangerous. High side bath to step into for a shower without handrail. only grip was the 1/2 glass shower screen.

Due to construction of more buildings 5here was no internal linkage to the hotel side of the complex.
