AustraliaRoom smells a bit, had to open all windows to clear smell. 2 encounters with cockroaches in the unit during 2 nights stay. Recommended Pest control to staff during checkout, and was told they were slowly going through the units for pest control. Guess our unit hasn’t been done yet.

AustraliaThe apartment was on the first floor and there was no lift. Reaching upstairs is a nightmare. The two bedroom apartment has only one air conditioning and it is in the TV area. No air conditioning in the bedroom. If you want some cool air, we have to leave the bedroom door open. What in the world they are living. Don’t stay here during summer unless you are prepared to sleep on the sofa. We stayed there for 2 days and the wifi was not working and so no internet. On the day of our departure it was raining and the restaurant was leaking everywhere. The front reception staff at the hotel was not very friendly. In a nutshell the hotel is not up to the standards of other Ramada properties.

New ZealandThe crockery needed a clean, we had to clean everything before use. No tea towel, washing up liquid or scrubbing brush in the kitchen so had to ask at reception. Staff were helpful in providing these items to us but were in no way apologetic that it wasn't there to start with. Balcony needed a good clean, found beer bottle caps under the furniture..It was fine considering the price but probably wouldn't stay again

AustraliaGenuinely disappointed. The rooms were date. Air con only available in the living area (not bedrooms). Beds were super uncomfortable. Room was dirty; hair was all over the shower/shower caddy. Dryer in our room was broken. Dishwasher wouldn't run a full cycle. Definitely not 4 star. There are far better places to stay in the bay at this price point.
The discounted breakfast was quite good. The area was also quiet. Staff are lovely & super helpful. Cannot fault them. Unfortunately, the facilities let them down.

AustraliaJust be aware that this apartment is on the third floor with stair access only. If you aren’t great with stairs or have young children a lower floor may be better suited. The mattress may need replacing soon as it did have a sag to it on the right hand side. (This didn’t bother me personally as I sleep on the left.)
The 2 bdrm apartment was absolutely lovely, spacious and it would be hard to sway me from returning as my go-to from now on. I would definitely recommend for a holiday stay as the layout would be perfect for a family. It is also quiet with a desk and table for someone like myself travelling for business. The unit was beautifully and tastefully decorated, a credit to the owners.

New ZealandExpell air above the oven didn't work, master bedroom main light didn't work, extractor fan in laundry didn't work meaning damp air from the dryer vented into the kitchen. Air conditioner was noisey,barking dogs from neighbours woke us. Carpet nails at edges of bathroom tiles were sharp on bare feet. Difficult to get out of the shower without slipping...very hard for those with mobility issues. Hand rails would be good to assist.

AustraliaPool was too cold. We also requested a ground floor which would have been much more comfortable and safer with young kids than a balcony and didn't recieve it. I didn't even get a return call when we asked if there were any opportunities to shift. We also pricked our feet on carpet nails sticking up, one of the remote gate keys didn't work and a few other small annoyances.
Very tidy and family friendly. Apartments were generous in size.

Australiabroken tv, broken coffee machine and other peoples clothes in the bedroom still. No one asked how the stay was at drop off they grabbed the keys and walked away. I called about the broken tv and coffee machine all they could say was oh sorry about that. also if you have 4 people staying you should get 4 towels, not 2.
