We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaWe were 7 adult guests, but the seating, crockery and cutlery only catered for a maximum of six and less. We used the ‘office’ chair for the 7th person but one senior lady had a fall while sitting on it as it scooted out from beneath her. There are no brakes on it. Yikes! The kitchen was seriously under equipped for us to reasonably self cater. The barbecue needed serious cleaning prior to our using it and the oven also had not been cleaned. The bed linen was of surprisingly poor quality. The bedrooms need mirrors and also in the laundry. Two towel rails is insufficient for 7 people. We replaced the battery in the roller door controller, but it remained unreliable.
The house was well set out for 7 of us so we were all able to maintain privacy and also gather in the roomy central area. It was good to have use of washing machine and dishwasher.

AustraliaThis property promotes 1 1/2 bathrooms - there is only one toilet and second shower has no towel rails, soap holder etc. This is a 4 bed home! Dog next door continually barks and general dogs in the area bark ALL NIGHT. Pillows are virtually flat - extreme poor quality. Dead ant treatment in the corners and as soon as you put out food ants come running. Would not recommend....

AustraliaThe lack of the items that you would normally find in this type of accommodation. No tea or coffee making facilities. Instant coffee and tea bags were provided but no tea pot, coffee plunger or pod machine. No extra soap at the sink in the laundry/bathroom. No hair dryer.
The location was excellent. Within walking distance to the supermarket. Close to the centre of town. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor seating area was a great location for breakfast. A lovely deep bath with candles supplied. Secure off street parking.
