The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and clean. Had really nice views of Mt Wellington and the marina. The bistro restaurant was great, the meals were great especially the roast, great value. We will definitely stay again.

We attended the AGWA awards held in the Derwent Room. It was very convenient to stay t the same location. We enjoyed a good night's sleep, in clean and comfortable rooms.

Only a very small thing but there wasn’t enough milk in the mini bar fridge. We only stayed 1 night and there wasn’t enough for a couple of cups of tea and a hot chocolate.

We love the casino and have stayed regularly with our children over the years. The hotel is fabulously unique and we’ve often used adjoining rooms.

Buffet breakfast was delicious. Runny eggs even when sitting warm in the warmers. All staff were so friendly and welcoming. Genuinely looked like they enjoyed their job.

The weather could have been better however that is Tasmania and wasn't unexpected. I would have loved to have stayed longer and will probably be back around Christmas time for a longer stay.

What a view to wake up to it was stunning even on an overcast wet day. sitting and having breakfast was also amazing as we had a water-view table. at night to see the lights of the city of Hobart was second to none. I know its not a huge city but being a boatie it was awesome to see the lights of the town interspersed with the navigational channel markers filling the night views, It is Such a relaxing place I feel Hobart is still a secret to many. It was also interesting to note that The Wrest Point Casino is the oldest Casino in Australia yet so elegant with the recent refurbishment.

Venue is great, good location with heaps of choices for eating whether that be casual dining in the boardwalk or a fancy meal in the Revolving Restaurant or, the amazing ribs, steak, chicken etc in the Longhorn Smokehouse

Breakfast at the Board walk bistro was poor. Some of the hot food's were only just warm. We were greeted by a friendly staff member & told where to sit, but not given any guidance as to where to find cutlery or crockery. Lay out was confusing...

King suite with harbour view was great. Comfortable bed & good pillow options. Rain shower had the best water pressure we have experienced in a hotel to date. Check-in staff and room service staff were all very pleasant & helpful.

Because I booked through booking.com I didn’t receive a $20 voucher and my friends booked through casino and did which I found disappointing as we paid the same for our rooms will not book through booking.com next time because of this. Breakfast is a bit dear as I don’t eat much.
