We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaWe had breakfast included (however it was paid for $30pp per day in our booking). I wish we could have turned back time and not bought it for the 4 nights. It was dreadful. The staff had no control over unhygienic people coughing etc and then touching serving dishes. The hot food was cold and I had sort the pile of “clean” plates to find one that was actually clean. The one good part of the breakfast was the pastries. Would have requested a refund for breakfast however we needed to leave early on our check out morning.
We had a room on the 10th floor facing the bay. The views were incredible. Very spacious and clean. Housecleaning staff were super friendly, some of the staff on the desk were friendlier than others.
