They gave me much better room than I saw in the photos. It's cozy and silent for a good sleep. Everything and places were easily accessible by Metro, taxis and even food and grocery. The staff was all really nice. They become friends with me and helped me in any matter I asked. Xelife was very nice, jolly and bit crazy, don't mind if he cuddles you :D Xedice was helpful and nice. They both can talk and understand moderate english but the 3rd person Enver was fully fluent in English very very nice person. All the other staff were also very nice.

Everything was perfect. The room was super cozy, no disturbance hot water and basic amenities like shampoo, showergel, toothbrush, sleepers, etc etc all were available. The guys at the reception were super friendly and helpful. Come to this hotel and do yourself a favor.

This is best hotel if you looking for a great experience in Baku its is 15min from the city centre but trust me a gentleman in reception his name is Ali he is from Georgia But work in hotel trust me he can make tour trip even good you can’t imagine and other a pure soul elcin he don’t know English but he can win your heart by his behaviour ( thanku Ali and elcini love you )

The hotel was on reconstruction. There was the nosie from the street all the time. The water in bathroom was cold or hot. The closest electrical outlet was broken. They fix it but it broke again. I hope all of these was because they are just open and they will fix all of it.

Hospitality of the stuff. Unusial location quite far from the center but close to local infrustructure.

It is an outstanding hotel. Excellent staff. Very peaceful and beautiful place with car parking facility. It is budget friendly. They are ready to serve you 24 hours. Delicious breakfast. Staff is very hard working with a smile. You will feel like a home. It was very comfortable. I would like to thank Mr Ali and Mr Habib for their guidance, help and outstanding services. The room had 3 switches, but only one of them was working. The shared washroom wasn't cleaned very often.

The hotel is very cozy. Everything was pretty good. Breakfast was very good too. Heated water facilities was also available. The staff was pretty nice too.

Since the place is getting renovated it can sometimes(during the daytime) get a bit noisy. The staircase needs repairing as it's very squeaky and causes disturbance to the guests staying in the rooms near the stairs.

Large clean room Fresh linen and pillows Basic amenities like toothbrush, soaps, shower gels, shampoo, slippers etc are provided. Quiet, comfortable and cosy. Shout-out to Ali. He takes care of the guests and is always there to assist you. Breakfast is nice and filling.

Nothing. I was already aware of the location at the point of booking so I was ok with it.

Very friendly and helpful staff who answered our queries! The breakfast was good too! We stayed for one night in early Nov 2024 and the water in the shower was hot which was good (make sure to let water run for 1-2 min before hot water comes out). Take note the hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but this can be resolved by taking taxi (better option if in a rush) or public transport (Airport Express to 28 May Metro Station, followed by Bus 85 to a stop near the hotel).

It is affordable and good for budget friendly travelers. There is no elevator so you need to plan accordingly. The breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. They are renovating the hotel which is good.

Position is kinda far from the city center. It was crazly cold at night, eventhough the radiator was on. sewer smell from the bathroom. Info: i was in the groundfloor room

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was noisy and dark, making it hard to relax. Noise from kids running up and down the wooden stairs echoed throughout the building, and street noise entered through the bathroom ventilation. On top of that, I didn’t even get the room I had booked. While I didn’t expect luxury for the price I paid, the overall experience was depressing. I ended up staying for less than 12 hours.
