A Memorable Stay at Quba Palace Hotel – Perfect for Our Son’s Birthday! We recently stayed at Quba Palace Hotel to celebrate our son's birthday, and it turned out to be one of our most memorable trips! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. A special mention goes to our relationship manager, Tofiq, who made our experience even more special. He greeted us warmly and surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a thoughtful gesture for the occasion. The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious amenities and excellent service throughout. We enjoyed a range of activities right on the property – the boat ride and horse ride were especially fun for our son and created some beautiful memories. The spa services were absolutely exceptional. The Turkish hammam, the jacuzzi, and the temperature-controlled indoor swimming pool were all well-maintained and offered pure relaxation. Every aspect of the spa experience was calming and rejuvenating. Overall, Quba Palace exceeded our expectations. It's a perfect destination for families looking to relax and indulge in quality time together. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be returning!

Our stay at Quba Palace was absolutely amazing! This was our first time, and it definitely won’t be the last. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Samira, the Guest Relations Manager. She made our visit truly special by upgrading our booking to a beautiful villa and personally showing us around — a gesture we truly appreciated. A big thank you to all the staff for their hospitality, especially Mr. Akif and Mr. Tofiq, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from, and we’d like to give a special thanks to Mr. Ibrahim for the wonderful horse care trip, and to the gardener, Mr. Ali, who greeted us every day with a kind smile. Everything about our experience was perfect, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

I recently stayed at the hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect setting for a relaxing stay. A big thank you to Toufik, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. His attention to detail and assistance made a huge difference. Also, Abu Ibrahim was absolutely wonderful – his service was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

Dinner at the hotel was okay. Unfortunately we did not go to the steak restaurant which we regretted. The chicken starter tasted stale and ambience at the restaurant was not good. However, service was wonderful.

Our room had a great view. Breakfast was sumptuous. Staff service was very welcoming and warm especially Tofiq who helped us with a problem promptly.

We stayed in a suite, which was spacious and comfortable. However, the bathroom was a bit disappointing. While it was clean, it had stains on the floor and looked old from the inside, which didn’t match the luxurious feel of the rest of the hotel. A renovation or some maintenance would greatly improve the experience.

It was an absolutely fantastic experience! This hotel is a perfect destination for couples, families, and group travelers, offering a luxurious retreat with a wide range of activities to enjoy. Activities & Facilities 🎯🏊‍♂️🏌️‍♂️ One of the highlights of our stay was the variety of activities available. We had an amazing time playing golf, trying VR games, shooting, and relaxing in the sauna, jacuzzi, and both indoor & outdoor swimming pools. The hotel also has a karaoke room, a full-service spa, and prayer rooms for Muslim guests, making it a well-rounded destination catering to different interests. Service & Hospitality 🤝💫 The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the managers at the golf club and the hotel reception team for their exceptional hospitality. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The kitchen is not really well equipped but they provided me with one pot to cook when I asked. Also the iron is by request.

I stayed in 3 bedrooms chalet which was very spacious and nicely decorated in wooden cottage style. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Two spacious living rooms and a big dining table. A gym and sauna in the chalet! Beautiful location facing the lake. The hotel has many facilities, we enjoyed the horse carriage tour around the beautiful snowy land of the hotel. The kids enjoyed the kids club. The breakfast was very good with variety of food.

A very comfortable stay for a night only and a very calm and clean hotel overall a very good experience. There are a few facilities inside the hotel itself like bowling, table tennis, billiards etc. which could be a great thing to spend time when you travel with friends. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Everything was perfect starting from the staff tofiq and the beautiful lady with him they were so supportive,, food is delicious and fresh the breakfast was variety of good food and fruits and desert. The place was so nice we took a beautiful tour with abu Ibrahim, so respected man and kind for people who love golf ,bowling, shooting Everything is available and the restaurant and bar they have kind of competitions and prizes for the guests
