Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

I had a wonderful stay at this flat! The host was incredibly friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The flat itself is very spacious and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. Collecting the key was a bit challenging, as the flat wasn't advertised inside the building (however itself very easy to find!). We went up 5 flights of stairs with our suitcases hoping at every floor to see an indication of some sort. Luckily we met someone in the stairs who knew about the flat: it was on the ground floor... We didn't have any network so couldn't simply ask the host.
- Very close on foot to all points of interest and to buses and trams. Also very close on foot to supermarkets and food places. - VERY spacious for 2 people! - The kitchen had lots of cooking materiel (teas and coffee, salt-pepper-sugar-oil, some noodles... even milk!) and was generally well equipped. - Comfortable bed. - That sofa is definitely a plus, so large and cosy!

Hello, First of all, I want to thank the house owner . We are travelled as two friends.The Apart owner of Mr Muammer , was a very friendly, cultured,kindful and respectful person. We arrived in the evening around 21:00. Despite the late hour, he kindly showed us around the historic Bajcarsija and introduced us to the area. We had a friendly dinner together and refreshed our knowledge about Bosnian history. I send my gratitude to him. The kitchen cupboards were stocked with a variety of items such as candies, fruits, herbal teas, instant coffee, and other products. The house was spotlessly clean. Please make sure to take off your shoes outside before entering the house. All the furniture is brand new, and you can find everything you need. Without hesitation, you can stay here throughout your time in Sarajevo. It is quite suitable for a family of 4-6 people. The place is very convenient in terms of transportation and is close to historical centers, restaurants, and transportation stops.

Bathroom does not have a high shower (just the middle wall duche), and drainer takes a while to empty out.
The location and the size of the flat are great, as well as its comfort and facilities. Reception was also very good.

The shower isn’t amazing ( limited hot water and you need to hold the spout ). Free parking wasn’t available so prepare to pay at the nearby lot or hope to get lucky to find a spot on the street

Everything was great....NOTHING was bad.
Apartment was just gorgeous....very modern style, so clean, kitchen equipped, internet speed fast, beds very comfortable, location excellent...5 minutes walk into center and shopping, restaurants...old town very close in center. Host Zana very nice, pleasant lady and acommodating. Will stay again at this this apartment anytime or recommend to anyone. We loved it.

Literally nothing to complain about
The apartments are in an ideal location: a quiet street literally in the center of the old town. The apartment is perfect for families with children: on the ground floor, perfectly clean, tastefully furnished with new furniture and appliances, with a large refrigerator and everything you might need in the kitchen. The host Ensar is friendly and helpful. Arranged our transfer from the airport, advised places and restaurants and responded immediately both before our arrival and during our stay. I recommend and will definitely use it myself on my next visit to Sarajevo.

One thing, I didn't like, there was no fitting for soup to put in the bathroom
It was close to everything, easy to travel by public transport. Nice host ,he gave us extended time until 2 pm ,because our flight was 5pm. I appreciate his will.Thank you Very much.
